Happy New Year!

I have a Word of Encouragement for you and some instructions on how to pray in 2022.

I normally release the prophetic word for the month and new year at this time, but I have been under a lot of extreme attacks and have not been able to write it yet.

So, in this episode of Spirit Connection, I give you a word of encouragement and instructions on how you can operate in the transition we are in.

Message

I have a word of encouragement for you and some instructions on how to pray in the new year and operate in the transition we are in.

This is not the prophetic word for the year, but this is the call to pray in 2022.

Many people globally, including churches businesses and government are under a heavy assault of the enemy.

This is part of the process we are going through that will indeed result in a greater blessing and the release of The LORD’s power.

Getting into The LORD’s timing

Last month I heard The LORD say, “Not ahead, not behind but right on time.”

He is putting us into His prophetic timetable for 2022.  We need to do some spiritual clean-up work first.  The LORD is calling us to press into His healing and invite His presence in.

We need to walk close to Him right now. There are things that we might need to die to in our lives.

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die.”   Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 NIV.

I saw a vision of a bridge that led to 2022 and it said Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 on it.

Our transition into 2022, which is a major season change, will involve dying to yourself and possibly to some dreams or things that were for a past season but are no longer applicable for now.

Just as we have seen many people passing and taking their new role in Heaven over the past 2 years, the Ecclesiastes 3 season to die will result in greater life.  It is a season to die and a season to be born.

New births from dying

“Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.”   John 12:24 NIV.

Jesus gave this prophetic word about Himself. He had to die before new life will come forth. This is not to scare you, but to encourage you with this—out of all the mess, The LORD is going to bless!

Watch for new things to birth in the spiritual realm, starting this month and over the next few. New ideas, songs, inventions, financial strategies and opportunities will spring forth.

Overcoming power

The LORD is going to give you keys to overcome things that have overcome you in the past.

“Trust in The LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”   Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV.

What might not make sense now will come together later for you.  Trust The LORD and “lean not on your own understanding.”  This is a powerful word for you right now.

The enemy has worked overtime to try to bring you down, discourage you and possibly get you into sin or things that are not good for you.  The LORD is working this out and the key is to stay connected with God, no matter what.

Don’t give up or give in. If you are struggling, simply ask forgiveness daily and ask The LORD for the power to overcome.

We are going to look back later and see that this attack is greater than you might realize. The LORD is going to repay you for the years the locust has eaten; He is going to turn your mourning into joy!

Stay connected with Him and if you have drifted come back right now.

New strength for the weary

“But those who wait on The LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”   Isaiah 40:31 NKJV.

Get ready for The LORD to renew your strength. He is now releasing a shot of encouragement. Just cry out to Him right now for this. I have been getting hit with joy in the midst of the storm!

Step into the river of joy and let The LORD wash over you and renew your strength.

Urgent prayer request

Now, I want to share with you my request for prayer — me, my family and ministry have been under attack.

Ever since The LORD released two major spiritual promotions at Yom Kippur — one of which is to operate at a greater level, as a prophet to the nations — Satan has unleashed a worldwide attack against me.  This has been ongoing since last September.

I have used this attack as an opportunity to shore up things in my life.  I have gone through some deliverance and healing prayers.  I have closed doors to the past the best I could.

I want to raise up prayer for myself, my wife Linda and the InLight Connection team.  Also, my family as we have gone through hit after hit.

In the midst of it all, The LORD is blessing me with a greater anointing and perseverance than I have ever had in my life.  I am as close to my wife as I have ever been and I am close to The LORD.

I would like to raise up prayer over my promotion and the retaliation and assaults I have been under.

Agree together

Let’s agree together in prayer! As we ask this, I am agreeing in prayer that The LORD will give you your breakthrough as well.
