A Wake-up Call to America
“if My People, who are called by My Name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My Face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land,” 2 Chronicles 7:14.
“You have heard of the catastrophes…… You have heard of the warnings…..
I call forth a wake-up call to all of America. For things are going to get more and more difficult.
The beautiful homes of many will fall to the ground. The riches of the wealthy will be taken from them.
For even your country oh America, will be split into sections.
You will no longer be one United States.”
AmericThe Spirit of the LORD first showed me a scene of America. As I looked at it, I saw the state of California separate from the rest of the country.
It was split off from the rest and began to sink. I then saw Texas split off from the rest of the country.
A huge chasm or gulf was now in the middle of the United States and was very deep and wide.
This separation widened and debris was in the middle of it. It looked like lava.
“Seek me with your whole heart, and see if I will not save you from the day of judgment.
I haven’t wanted to see a nation fall; but you hang in the balance.
How else can I get your attention? But even when there is burning, even when there is great devastation, even when there are catastrophes all around you, many of you still will not call upon Me.
Even your spiritual leaders have their heads buried in the ground. Even your clergy are mute to the things around them.
Throw away your tarot cards. Don’t listen to your psychics. For they can’t give you the answers.
But if My People would humble themselves and pray then I would heal this land.”

Stephen Hanson of In His Truth Ministries came to the LORD is a special way in 1975 and has prophesied regularly since. In these end-time birthing pangs we are reminded that judgment must first begin with the household of God. Will we be prepared and ready?
What does the prophetic burden of the Messiah look like? Is it possible to reflect this same heart?
“And as they led him away, they seized one Simon of Cyrene, who was coming in from the country, and laid on him the cross, to carry it behind Jesus. And there followed him a great multitude of the people and of women who were mourning and lamenting for him. But turning to them Jesus said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. For behold, the days are coming when they say, ‘Blessed are the barren and the wombs that never bore and the breasts that never nursed!’ Then they will begin to say to the mountains, ‘Fall on us,’ and to the hills, ‘Cover us.’ For is they do these things when the wood is green, what will happen when it is dry?” Luke 23:26-31 ESV
The KJV of this last verse: “For if they do these in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?”
“Green Tree” – the Messiah “Dry Tree” – the unrighteous
Here is our Messiah leaving such a signature on how to carry the prophetic burden. This is such a poignant scene and full of pathos! I am so glad Luke shared this powerful and moving moment of the intimate heart of our Shepherd. Our King had been beaten to a pulp, and yet He has the strength, endurance, and audaciousness to bring a loving word of rebuke to the “Daughters of Jerusalem” (They were crying out for Him concerning the mock trial and upcoming crucifixion). He loves His people. Incredible! He is giving a strong prophetic warning, while on the road to giving up His life freely. The prophet feels and responds to moments differently . . . He hears, sees, and moves from the Father’s view!
Here are some questions to consider for the true prophet:
Whose pain do they carry more, His people’s or their own?
Are the Father’s children’s future calamity and suffering more important than their present situation and suffering?
What is more important to them, our Father’s burden and view or their own?
Is it easier for them to give words of prophecy, or to give up their lives daily for His purpose to be revealed and established in His people?
