“Then the Ruach [HaKodesh] came upon Amasai, who was head of the Thirty, and he said, Thine are we, Dovid, and on thy side, thou Ben Yishai. Shalom, shalom be unto thee, and shalom be to thine helpers; for Eloheicha helpeth thee. Then Dovid received them and made them heads of the gedud (raiding band, troop).” 1 Chronicles 12:18.
“So many of My Children hope and pray that the Harvest Time can come and be fruitful. But I hardly see the passion for Me and My Plan. And where are those who can really serve Me as I have intended them in this End-Time Army?” says The LORD.
I see so many times the word leader and leadership on the internet in messages concerning this same issue.
But it is always about leadership where the leader stands in the spotlight, leading a huge company, and so on.
The LORD wants me to write about the different forms and types of being a leader in His Kingdom.
The keyword scripture in this article is:
“Then the [Holy] Spirit came on Amasai, who was chief of the thirty, and he said, “We are yours, O David, And with you, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace be to you, And peace be to him who helps you; For your God helps you.” 1 Chronicles 12:18.
We can read in The Book of Acts how The Holy Spirit set someone apart and how the others recognized him and sent him off.
Paul’s First Missionary Journey
“Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen (who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch), and Saul. While they were worshiping The LORD and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them. And after they had fasted and prayed, they laid their hands on them and sent them off.…” Acts 13:1-3.
Do you notice, it always starts with The LORD and His Plan for you?
We cannot appoint ourselves and say, ”I like to be an apostle or an evangelist, so I appoint myself in this office.”
And the proof that our LORD is sharing the same message in both books The Torah and Brit Chadashah (New Testament):
Instructions to Elders
“Be shepherds of God’s flock that is among you, watching over them not out of compulsion, but because it is God’s will; not out of greed, but out of eagerness; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away,” 1 Peter 5:2-4.
A Prophecy Against Israel’s Shepherds
“You eat the fat, wear the wool, and butcher the fattened sheep, but you do not feed the flock.
You have not strengthened the weak, healed the sick, bound up the injured, brought back the strays, or searched for the lost. Instead, you have ruled them with violence and cruelty.
They were scattered for lack of a shepherd, and when they were scattered they became food for all the wild beasts,” Ezekiel 34:3-5.
The LORD showed me how during the years, we mixed His Word with worldly leadership, and how His appointed leadership, has been polluted with the worldly leadership mentality and rules.
The LORD gave me a short affirmative sentence, so you never will make that mistake again:
“Worldly leaders stand and rule.
Kingdom leaders kneel and serve.”
God Appoints Leaders, as we can read in His book called the Bible. In the Torah and Brit Chadashah.
Now, as we let this sink in, we can also understand that there are different kinds of leaders.
I always have been a little scared, thinking about leadership in a prayer group.
But after The LORD had sent me to attend a church, to learn about spiritual warfare, I understood how important it is to receive good teachings about this subject, and also value Prayer Warrior Leaders who have been appointed by The LORD Himself, as they will only do and speak what the Ruach Hakodesh tells them to.
If we want to see victory and if we want to see the sons of God (male and female) come visible, we need to follow His directions and rules as He taught them to us in His Word!
We all need to die to the carnal ways of thinking; only then the Ruach HaKodesh can lead us without any hindrance.
When I may help and advice people, in their leadership call, The LORD is so creative!
He shows them how to speak in public, or He gives advice in what we think or consider as small things. But in His eyes the forgotten small issues, can make a huge difference when He is sending you to the Nations.
The ‘house’ He gave to me is specially to organize ‘Bootcamps’ to receive the balance between the world and His Kingdom.
We learn how to become a family — Yeshua taught us those who do The Will of The Father are our family. — and we learn again to go back to basics.
Read the chapter where Yeshua sends the disciples, Matthew 10:1-15 — The Twelve Disciples; Instructions for Service.
It is not about being famous. It is not about becoming wealthy. It is not about spending time in expensive hotels in between your ministry appointments.
Yes, when you are sent, our LORD says, “May they receive you as they are receiving Me…”.
“Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever receives the one I send receives Me, and whoever receives Me receives the One who sent Me,” John 13:20.
….. And if our brothers and sisters open their houses, you can stay there as in paying a visit to the family. They can take care of you, that you have a good place to sleep and receive some food and some rest in-between the ministering appointments.
The bottom line is: We need to go back to the ancient paths. We need to follow HIS lead and His ways.
Leadership in His Word is about SERVANTS. We serve HIM by serving others.
Those who find their spiritual food in a place The LORD appointed, may also ask The LORD how they can serve HIM by serving those who preach and teach 24/7/365 in supporting His Cause.
When we show the unity between the family of The LORD (Jew and Gentile believers) the world will recognize Him Who send Yeshua! (Out of the last prayer of Yeshua)
We must be ONE as Yeshua and the Father are One.
“The Song of Deborah and Barak
On that day Deborah and Barak son of Abinoam sang this song: “When the princes take the lead in Israel, when the people volunteer, bless The LORD. Listen, O kings! Give ear, O princes! I will sing to The LORD; I will sing praise to The LORD, the God of Israel,” Judges 5:1-3.
As long as the Bride is not ready to receive the Bridegroom, The LORD will use the 5-fold Ministry and also certain type of leadership pointed out in the Torah.
As my divine calling begun with being sent as an apostle – prophetess, now I am serving as a Deborah, being a mother to Israel and coaching and advising and being a Rabba (A Teacher and Shepherdess) I may serve the flock with teaching inspired out of the entire word.
“So Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach said to them, Therefore, every sofer (scribe, Torah teacher, rabbi) who becomes a talmid of the Malchut HaShomayim is like a man [who is] a Baal Bayit, who takes out of his otzar (treasure), chadashot (new things) and also yeshanot (old things),” Mattityahu 13:52.
Then He told them, “For this reason, every scribe who has been discipled in the kingdom of heaven is like a homeowner who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old,”” Matthew 13:52.
Old things : — The Torah… New Things — Brit Chadashah (New Testament).
I want to end this teaching with offering you my help and advice. Including prayer for you (Prayer Warrior Team) as well praying with you. (I may offer you that, while The LORD is using my mouth to pray with you)
Underneath you find the scriptures. I pray a blessing over you, while reading them, and while allowing the Holy Spirit to impregnate you with the word HE gave while using me as the pencil to write it down.
Recently I shared my testimony from pain to healing. You can read it here and also how I am called and appointed by The LORD and how He prepared me here.
God Appoints Leaders in His Book called The Bible, In the Torah and Brit Chadashah.
Read this: Numbers 34:16-29 (Read it in your bible).
“And when they had appointed elders for them in every church, with prayer and fasting they committed them to The LORD in whom they had believed,” Acts 14:23.
“And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers,” Ephesians 4:11.
“Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith,” Hebrews 13:7.
‘To be set apart means’ = select something or someone for a specific purpose; (by Websters-Dictionary).
“Listen to me, O islands, and pay attention, O distant peoples: The LORD called me from the womb; from the body of my mother He named me,” Isaiah 49:1.
“And now says The LORD, who formed me from the womb to be His Servant, to bring Jacob back to Him, that Israel might be gathered to Him–for I am honored in the sight of The LORD, and my God is my strength,” Isaiah 49:5.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I set you apart and appointed you a prophet to the nations,” Jeremiah 1:5.
“”Go!” said The LORD. “This man is My chosen instrument to carry My name before the Gentiles and their kings, and before the people of Israel.” Acts 9:15.
“They have set up melachim, but not from Me; they have made sarim (princes), and I knew it not; of their kesef and their zahav have they made them atzabim (idols), that they may be cut off,” Hosea 8:4.
“They set up kings without my consent; they choose princes without my approval. With their silver and gold they make idols for themselves to their own destruction,” Hosea 8:4.
Leadership is big business. Between the books, workshops, conferences, and consultants, so much money is poured into that industry by people who want to become better leaders.
It makes total sense. Leadership is integral to any endeavor.
Any time people are gathered around a common goal, it’s going to require some level of leadership — even though leadership can follow a number of different models. Here is a source for Leadership & Bible Verses — Note: I only point out to the scriptures — NO further endorsement on other subjects
Blessings and Shalom over you!
