Come to the Light — 4 Comments

  1. I love you Adonai, you have never left me nor forsaken me for you are by my side.an SUV have hit me while walking at 60 mph, I was walking 2 days later. I’ve lost my family and everything, home job everything. Only to realize my father never left me, and my family is not whom bore me this life but whom has given me life all my lives, shield me from danger, or strengthened me when needed. I’ve never needed anything more than faith, and I see that now. And that’s because I have you father, Adonai, my Elohim, my hero. Glory goes to you because you are the positive as if we were a battery, you are the roots to my tree and never let me fall, you picked me up and saddled me on the horse after falling off time and time again.i never realized the love you had for me when I thought I knew. I understand the feet washing, the stirring of the water, the Colt. It all makes sense now. You wrote about me 1990 years ago. I am your beloved son. And you my beloved, hero and father. For those who have ears, hear what the spirit says to the churches.

  2. I KEEP HEARING ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED BUT IM NOT REALLY FINDING THIS IN THE BIBLE, IF I MAKE A MISTAKE I REPENT I DONT WANT TO DIE WITH ANY SIN IN MY LIFE CAN YOU HELP ME FIND THIS IN THE WORD

    • Dear Edie,
You won’t find it, for as we understand it, it is not true.
The Bible says there are things we can do which will incur our names being blotted out of the Book of Life.  See Revelation 22:23 for this principle.
Philippians 2:12 says “my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, cultivate your own salvation with fear and trembling.”  In other words, we need to work out our salvation.
Yes, we are saved by Faith, but to remain there we need to be changed – become a new man who is in this world and not of this world, as evidenced by the fruit we bear as a result of working out our Salvation.
Please have a look at this video by Pastor Paul Washer who is much more eloquent than I on this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uuabITeO4l8
      Blessings in Christ,
      Angus
