Commanding Angels?
LOOK AROUND YA !!! All those Angels – awaiting assignments! Put them to WORK! Yes… YOU!
There is a controversy about the saints being able to send forth Angels to do a work…. Those in doubt… ask yourself this :
Do you not command angels when you cast out, or bind devils? Are they not also (even though fallen) angels the Lord manifested? Sure they are!
Read this carefully :
Hebrews 1:1-14.
“God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds; Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; Being made so much better than the Angels, as He hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
For unto which of the Angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and He shall be to me a Son?
And again, when He bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, He saith , And let all the angels of God worship Him. And of the angels He saith , Who maketh His angels spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire.
But unto the Son He saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: They shall perish ; but thou remainest ; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up , and they shall be changed : but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail .
But to which of the Angels said He at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool ?
Are they not all MINISTERING SPIRITS… sent forth to minister FOR THEM… who shall be heirs of salvation?”
1 Corinthians 6:3.
“Know ye not that we shall judge angels? How much more things that pertain to this life?”
Romans 12:5.
“So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.”
1 Corinthians 12:12.
“For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.”
Ephesians 4:12.
“For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the BODY… of Christ.”
Ephesians 5:23.
“For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and He is the saviour of the BODY… (His… body).”
Revelation 3:21.
“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit WITH ME… in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in His throne.”
PUT THEM TO WORK !!!
Hebrews 13:2 – Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Psalms 103:20 – Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Psalm 91:11
For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go.
Acts 27:23 – For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve,
Psalms 34:7 – The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
Hebrews 12:22 – But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels.
Acts 12:23 – And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.
Psalms 104:4 – Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire.
