In First Samuel 13 we read the account of King Saul and his disobedience to wait for Samuel to come and offer the burnt offering before the Lord.  It was strictly forbidden for anyone to offer this sacrifice except Samuel.  But Saul did not heed this command and offered it anyway.  Look at the scripture describing this below:

First SAMUEL 13:5-14

“And the Philistines gathered themselves together to fight with Israel, thirty thousand chariots, and six thousand horsemen, and the people as the sand which is on the sea shore in multitude: and they came up, and pitched in Michmash, eastward from Bethaven.
When the men of Israel saw that they were in a strait, (fr the people were distressed,) then the people did hide themselves in caves, and in thickets, and in rocks, and in high places, and in pits.
And some of the Hebrews went over Jordan to the land of Gad and Gilead.  As for Saul, he was yet in Gilgal, and all the people followed him trembling.
And he tarried seven days, according to the set time Samuel had appointed; but Samuel came not to Gilgal; and the people were scattered from him.
And Saul said, Bring hither a burnt offering to me, and peace offering.
And it came to pass, that as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, behold, Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might salute him.
And Samuel said, What hast thou done?   And Saul said, Because I saw that the people were scattered from me, and that thou camest not within the days appointed, and that the Philistines gathered themselves together at Michmash;  There said I, The Philistines will come down now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made supplication unto the Lord;  I FORCED MYSELF therefore, and offered a burnt offering.
And Samuel said to Saul, THOU HAST DONE FOOLISHLY;  THOU HAS NOT KEPT THE COMMANDMENT OF THE LORD THY GOD, which he commanded thee: for now would the Lord have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever.
BUT NOW THY KINGDOM SHALL NOT CONNTINUE;  the Lord hath sought him a man after his own heart, and the Lord hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the Lord commanded thee.”

I want you to notice what Saul said in answer to why he had offered the sacrifice himself did not wait for God’s man Samuel, who was alone appointed to offer such sacrifices.   Saul said, I FORCED MYSELF…. Saul was clearly afraid of the multitude coming down against Israel and felt He HAD TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT OFFERING PRAYERS TO GOD FOR HELP.  Plus he saw that the people were fearful and were scattering and running away.

It is interesting to note that Saul felt as if he was FORCED TO DO WRONG.  He knew it was not allowed for him to do Samuels job, but he did it anyway.  He was FORCED he said, because the people were scattered.

Is it ever right to do wrong?  Especially when we have a DIRECT COMMAND.  Where the Scripture is clear and plain and we are not left to wonder what is right.  NO.  It is never right, even if we are pressed to the wall and walking dangerously and afraid.  We are never supposed to let fear lead us to disobey God.

Because Saul did disobey God when he felt he had to FORCE HIMSELF TO DO WRONG, God did take the Kingdom from Saul and give it to another, David.  Many people have tried to justify wrong doing to justify a right outcome.  Does the Lord agree that it could be justified in certain events to disobey God’s Word.  Of course not.  The Lord has made his commands and He will not change them, just because we are fearful or thinking it is not so important.  It is never right but always wrong to go against God’s Word to accomplish anything.

I have hard many people saying that this year the elections for President of the United States would be decided between Two Men, President Obama or Romney.  The way I hear it they are saying I FEEL FORCED TO VOTE FOR ROMNEY because if I do not vote at all but abstain from voting for either of these men, I WILL REALLY BE VOTING FOR OBAMA.  Well Romney is a Mormon and a representative of that terrible False Religion.  By voting for him we would disobey God’s command to turn for all appearance of evil.  We are told in the Scriptures to, Come out from among them and touch not the unclean thing and I will receive you.  God will not justify sin or condone doing wrong EVEN IF IT IS TO ACCOMPLISH A GOOD THING. The fact is God wants us to walk with Him and trust him to take care of the President and ungodly men in America. Would you, if you were a pastor, invite Romney the Mormon to come and teach in your Church.  Knowing that he is a strong believer of a false religion, you would not let him teach Sunday School.  Well it is wrong to invite him to lead America.  For the same reason we would not invite him to teach in Church we do not want him to lead this nation.  It is Wrong to justify evil doctrine just to fill a office.

At the same time we are not to vote for Obama because he too has a False Religion.  Muslim.

We are NEVER FORCED TO DO WRONG.  The Scripture tells us that, In every temptation there is a way of escape.  God will not put more on you than you can bear.  I say that God will deliver his people from all wicked men and will stand and fight for His People.  God will not let the enemy destroy his people, especially those who are moving and serving him in Love and holiness.

What will happen if we do not vote but trust God; doing right according to the Word of God?  Will America be lost, if we do right?  No.  DOING RIGHT WITH THE LORD WILL WORK FOR AMERICA’S GOOD.  PEOPLE WILL BE SPARED AND BLESSED BY HIS MIGHTY POWER.   God will move in our behalf and He will put down evil in this land.  He will never Fail because He loves his people.  Nothing will ever separate between us and our God. No not even the devil himself and all his demons and fallen angels.  We will be hidden when the devil sends out his flood to destroy us.  He will fly us on wings of Eagles into the wilderness or desert and hide us there.  He is our ARK OF SAFETY, he is our HIDING PLACE.  He is our God and we can Trust him in every way.

I believe the reason why we find ourselves here in America, faced with these difficulties and evil men rising up to destroy is because many in the past DID WRONG thinking they were doing Right.  WRONG!!!  God blesses TRUTH.  He seeks men who will worship him in Spirit and Truth and will not turn them away who come to him.
