The morning before the Odessa-Midland shooting, I had a dream where I was in a building with my hand on a wheel that regulated the flow of water into the room I was in.

In the dream, I was one of the people who was a manager of inflow, and a watcher over that process.

The water was a good thing, flowing into the room, and people we are able to thrive and live in the water.

There was a sense that all was well, and there was nothing to worry about.  The water was flowing, and there was peace and happiness.

But all at once, blood began to come through the inlet, and I was shocked.  There was no sense that the inlet wheel could be shut off, and the blood could not be removed; it polluted the clean water.

The sense I had was one of being totally unaware that this could even occur, and not knowing what to do.  Yet I was supposed to be a watcher.

As I’ve prayed, several things have come to me from The LORD.

The first was the story of the defeat of the Moabites (who represent our enemies today) which The LORD led me to read 2 Kings chapter 3.

The LORD showed me that the enemies of Israel saw blood on the water, and being deceived, fell into The LORD’s trap and were utterly annihilated.

The LORD also showed me that the phrase “blood in the water” is what we experience whenever there is a mass shooting or some other event that the Deep State unleashes, or one that happens through some other means of the Enemy.

The “sharks” gather against the President, those loyal to him, his nominees, the Church, the Jews, traditional values, etc.

Finally, He showed me that we are never going to be able to stop interceding and coming against these enemies until Jesus returns.

There is no such thing as a care-free existence for us as Believers, unless or until, we are walking throughout every day keeping vigilant to pray The LORD’s strategy against the Enemy.

Here’s the strategy: to pray throughout the day in our towns and nations:

1. That our enemies “see blood on the water,” are deceived, thinking they have some great plans or advantage over us and have finally achieved some big “kill,” but instead, their works and plans themselves are stopped and destroyed.
2. We must pray that there will be no events that can create a scenario for “blood in the water,” where sharks can gather — we must be preemptive in this.

When I woke up the next day after the dream, I immediately learned about the shooting in Texas.

The LORD told me that Texas is ground zero right now, along with North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania and the Midwest.

Above all, it is Texas which the Enemy wants, so I am asking you to please alert Texas intercessors with this prayer strategy and dream.

The fact that I was not aware that blood could enter the water on my watch, means that although I do pray and intercede, I still do not take it seriously enough, and need to be alert for specific messages from The LORD I believe if we will implement this strategy, praying division and destruction over the Enemy’s plans and networks, we will stop these events.

I have suggested to some other nationwide organizations that we have to establish a 24-7 plan for Intercessors (maybe using last names) to cover the State of Texas.
