“I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.  But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.  Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off?  Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD.  Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.  I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed. How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies?  Yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart,”   Jeremiah 23:21-26.

“I AM not false that I would lie.  Who are these that would speak for Me, would say the LORD?

For they all are saying, ‘that I the LORD, have chosen this one.’  You are disobedient children.  You desire things that you cannot have, says the LORD.

Indeed, I AM shaking the land.  I AM causing a whirlwind amongst my people; and those who have spoken falsely in my name, will be caught-up in this whirlwind.  For the whirlwind will twist and turn.  It will go this way and that.  And because you have given a false hope to the people, a spirit of confusion will come upon you.

For you would say in your heart, ‘How could this be?  I was sure that the one you had chosen was to win!’  But you see, you don’t understand my ways.  Your nation stands upon the brink of impending judgment, and because of this, my plan is to bring this about.

After everything is said and done, there will be a lot of things to ‘sweep up.’  For the dirt and the smut, and the sin, has reached my throne.  I have heard your prayers, says the LORD; but what you ask is not mine to give.

For what is best for you is not to give you a brighter future.  Those who have prophesied these things speak of building their own kingdoms upon earth – and My Kingdom is an everlasting one.

Are you to build greater and greater things?  Are you to build a Tower of Babel reaching up to the heavens?  Is your Kingdom that you are building upon this earth, to be great in your achievements?  Would you build a golden age of Christian ministries and government only to find out that you need not my kingdom that is to come?

Even your Christian ministers and leaders have looked to their favorite prophet that would substantiate their claims.  You are all drunk with dreaming your own dreams!  You are on the road to judgment, and there is no turning back now.

You are a foolish people.  You place your hope in man.  Has this not always been the case?  From the time of the kings to the present time – you have put your hope in man.

And yet he will always fail you.

When the dust does finally settle on all of this, what will you be doing then?  Will you continue in your demeaning comments?  Will you deride one another just to make yourself known?  Or will you pick up your cross daily to follow after Me?

The road has been long, My children.  But you must find strength in the days ahead.

For even though the days may appear to be dark ahead, there will be given greater light and wisdom to you.  But to those of you who have spoken falsely in my name, you will be held accountable for every word that you have said.

And perhaps you will have learned from these things.  All hope lies in Me.
