Declarations & Decrees: I Am Hidden by the Hand of the Almighty & Lead by His Spirit!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Spirit/ Ruach is with ALL who BELONG TO THE SON!
  He is the Spirit of Truth/ Ruach HaEmet Who will GUIDE you into all TRUTH!
  He will declare to you the things that are to come.
  He will Glorify Jesus/ Yeshua because He will take from what is Jesus’/ Yeshua’s and declare it to you.
• I decree and declare Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai, in the GREATNESS of Your EXCELLENCY You OVERTHROW those who resist You.
  You send forth Your wrath — it consumes them as stubble!
• I decree and declare the enemy says, “I will pursue, overtake and divide the spoil.
  My lust shall gorge on them and I will draw my sword and destroy them.”
  Yet You, Lord/ Adonai, blow with Your WIND and the Sea covers the enemy.
  There is none like You, Lord/ Adonai, GLORIOUS in HOLINESS, AWESOME in PRAISES, doing WONDERS!
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, in Your LOVINGKINDNESS lead ALL whom You have REDEEMED!
  You GUIDE them in Your STRENGTH to Your HOLY HABITATION!
• I decree and declare I am ENGRAVED on the PALMS of the Lord/ Adonai; my WALLS are CONTINUALLY before Him! My Children will come QUICKLY to me and dwell with the Lord/ Adonai.
  My destroyers and devastators will DEPART from me.
• I decree and declare plunder can be retrieved from the Mighty and the captives of the RIGHTEOUS FREED!
  For the Lord/ Adonai says, “Yes, CAPTIVES of the Mighty will be taken and the Prey of the tyrant will be FREED.
  For I OPPOSE your adversary.
  I WILL SAVE YOUR CHILDREN!”
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai says, “I will feed your oppressors their flesh.
  They will be drunk with their blood as with sweet wine.
  Then ALL FLESH WILL KNOW that I, the Lord/ Adonai, am YOUR SAVIOR and YOUR REDEEMER, the Mighty One of Jacob!”
• I decree and declare I DWELL in the SHELTER of MOST HIGH/ ’ELYON and ABIDE in the SHADOW of ALMIGHTY/ SHADDAI!
  The Lord/ Adonai is my REFUGE and my FORTRESS, my God/ Elohai, in Whom I TRUST!
  For He RESCUES me from the hunter’s trap and from deadly pestilence.
  HE COVERS me with His Feathers, and under His Wings I FIND REFUGE!
  His FAITHFULNESS is BODY ARMOR and SHIELD!
• I decree and declare I DO NOT FEAR the terror by night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the plague that stalks in darkness, nor the scourge that lays waste at noon.
  Though a thousand may fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand, IT WILL NOT COME NEAR me.
  For I have made the Most High/ ’Elyon my DWELLING, even the Lord/ Adonai, Who is my REFUGE, so no evil will befall me nor any plague can come near my tent.
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai GIVES HIS ANGELS CHARGE over me, to GUARD me in ALL MY WAYS.
  They LIFT ME UP upon their hands so that I will not strike my foot against a stone.
  I will TREAD upon the lion and cobra, TRAMPLE the young lion and serpent.
  All demonic forces, principalities and powers, are CRUSHED in the Name, by the Power of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
• I decree and declare because I AM FULLY DEVOTED to the Lord/ Adonai, He will DELIVER me.
  He SETS me SECURELY on High, because I KNOW HIS NAME!
  When I CALL, HE ANSWERS.
  He is with me in trouble; He RESCUES me and HONORS me.
  With LONG LIFE He satisfies me and has given me HIS SALVATION!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it.  Amen!

“¹³ But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. ¹⁴ He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. ¹⁵ All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore, I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you,”  John 16:13-15.

“⁷ “And in the greatness of Your excellence You overthrow those who rise up against You; You send forth Your burning anger, and it consumes them as chaff. ⁸ “At the blast of Your nostrils the waters were piled up, the flowing waters stood up like a heap; the deeps were congealed in the heart of the sea. ⁹ “The enemy said, ‘I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my desire shall be gratified against them; I will draw out my sword, my hand will destroy them.’ ¹⁰ “You blew with Your wind, the sea covered them; they sank like lead in the mighty waters. ¹¹ “Who is like You among the gods, O Lord? Who is like You, majestic in holiness, awesome in praises, working wonders? ¹² “You stretched out Your right hand, the earth swallowed them. ¹³ “In Your lovingkindness You have led the people whom You have redeemed; in Your strength You have guided them to Your holy habitation,”    Exodus 15:7-13.

“¹⁶ “Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; your walls are continually before Me. ¹⁷ “Your builders hurry; your destroyers and devastators will depart from you. ¹⁸ “Lift up your eyes and look around; all of them gather together, they come to you. As I live,” declares the Lord, “You will surely put on all of them as jewels and bind them on as a bride……
……..   ²² Thus says the Lord God, “Behold, I will lift up My hand to the nations and set up My standard to the peoples; and they will bring your sons in their bosom, and your daughters will be carried on their shoulders. ²³ “Kings will be your guardians, and their princesses your nurses. They will bow down to you with their faces to the earth and lick the dust of your feet; and you will know that I am the Lord; those who hopefully wait for Me will not be put to shame.
²⁴ “Can the prey be taken from the mighty man, or the captives of a tyrant be rescued?”
²⁵ Surely, thus says the Lord, “Even the captives of the mighty man will be taken away, and the prey of the tyrant will be rescued; for I will contend with the one who contends with you, and I will save your sons. ²⁶ “I will feed your oppressors with their own flesh, and they will become drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine; and all flesh will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob,”  Isaiah 49:16-18, 22-26.

“¹ He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. ² I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust!” ³ For it is He who delivers you from the snare of the trapper and from the deadly pestilence. ⁴ He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings you may seek refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and bulwark.
⁵ You will not be afraid of the terror by night, or of the arrow that flies by day; ⁶ Of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, or of the destruction that lays waste at noon. ⁷ A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not approach you. ⁸ You will only look on with your eyes and see the recompense of the wicked. ⁹ For you have made the Lord, my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place. ¹⁰ No evil will befall you, nor will any plague come near your tent.
>¹¹ For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. ¹² They will bear you up in their hands, that you do not strike your foot against a stone. ¹³ You will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent you will trample down.
¹⁴ “Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name. ¹⁵ “He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. ¹⁶ “With a long life I will satisfy him and let him see My salvation,”    Psalm 91:1-16

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.  Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.  Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased.  She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL.  In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries.  Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
