Last night as I was sleep, I saw God taking me at a high rate of speed through a cave.

As I looked and watched in this dream with my eyes, I saw myself going through a cave.  I watched carefully and observed, but I saw nothing but a cave as I traveled at a high rate of speed traveling through it.

This morning as I prayed, the LORD brought it back to me and He began to talk to me about this cave.  He said that many are in a hiding place, as though you are in the grave and it seems as though you are never coming out of this cave.

But stand still and see the salvation of the LORD, as he begins to speedily bring you out of your stage of recluse.

Your secret place; this is nothing but a temporary home for you, and although it may seem like hell now, do not worry, because God has a time that He is going to bring you out of the grave.

Remember, God asked Elijah, “What are you doing here, Elijah?” (1 Kings 19:9)  God is asking many of you that same question of today!

For, after a great battle and war with the false prophets, Elijah grew weak and discouraged after his battle with Jezebel and the false prophets.  He let the words of a witch discourage him into going into the cave.  But, as you will notice, God sent Elijah some angelic help to get him moving in the direction that he needed for him to go in:

“And Elijah lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat.  And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again. (still wounded and discouraged)  And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is TOO great for thee.  And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God.  And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah?  And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.”   1 Kings 19:5-10.

As you can see, Elijah began to make an excuse for his weakness instead of taking responsibility and accountability for allowing the voice of the enemy to defeat him he blamed it on the children of Israel forsaking the LORD, but he could not see that he also had ran off from his assignment and had abandoned the work that God had placed in his hands to do.

In this season, God is saying that it is no time to lose your focus but it is time to arise, eat and to drink because the people of God will need their strength to fight the Satanic evil forces of the enemy in this season.

Elijah like many have lost their focus and instead of being accountable for what God is calling them to do they have begun to blame everyone but themselves.  For, I hear God saying that many are the afflictions of the righteous but he promised to deliver you out of them all! (Psalm 34:19).

“The LORD spoke to Elijah and said, “Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD.  And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks…..   (1 Kings 19:11a).

The arm of the LORD will prove to be mighty in this season and he will reveal his strength to those who are weak and have become discouraged in the work.

“… before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake: and after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.  And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle,…..”   (1 Kings 19:11b-13a).

Why did Elijah wrap himself in the mantle?

I believe it was because he was now standing in the presence of God and he then realized just how weak he truly had become and it was then he realized that he had come off of his post of duty and had forsaken the command of God.”

For many times when we get weak, we fail to see our own weaknesses until we get in the face of God and it is there that God strengthens us the more to get ready for the battle that is a head of us!

This is why we as apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers and the people of God need to pray without ceasing in order to guard our hearts from the enemy at all times!

“….. and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave.  And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?  And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away,”   (1 Kings 19:11b-14).

After, having this specific encounter with God, it was then that God sent Elijah on his journey to continue the work and he sent him help from other prophets to take down Jezebel and the prophets of Baal.

It was when Elijah made up his mind that he would go, that God spoke to him and said, “Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him!”   (1 Kings 19:18).

Elijah found strength in the presence of God and he arose and went on his way to anoint Jehu, Hazel and the others that God had told him to anoint.

In this season, I prophesy that every second, minute and hour you have wasted, that God is going to give you supernatural strength and supernatural ability to arise in this season to defeat the wicked mantle of Jezebel, Leviathan and every python spirit.

And, that you will accept the angelic help from the LORD to partner with God’s army to throw down Jezebel in this season and that god will empower you to finish and to complete every assignment of God without fail in this season.

And, that he will give you telescopic vision and insight to see all the works and the devices of the enemy in this season.

And, that God will send His Angelic Army to help you to arise and to defeat the prophets of Baal in this very season as he imparts to you a Jehu anointing!

For it is when we decide to have a face-to-face encounter with God, it is there that He will give you strength to complete your assignment; even in your weakest moment!
