Let the people weep (intercessors, leaders, etc.) and cry out to God, for there is a need to cry for the nations!

“What a day!  Doomsday!  God’s Judgment Day has come.
For, many are homeless and without jobs and they don’t know where to turn.
The Strong arm of God has arrived.  This is serious business!
Food is just a memory at our tables, (rising prices, and the National debt due to disasters) as are joy and singing from God’s Sanctuary.
The seeds in the field are dead, barns deserted, grain silos abandoned.
Who needs them?  The crops have failed!  The farm animals groan — oh, (nowhere to go or turn, because Mother Nature has turned on them) how they groan!
The cattle mill around.  There’s nothing for them to eat.  Not even the sheep find anything,”    Joel 1:15-18, MSG.

Wake up Zion!  Awake!

“The fields are burning up.
The country is a dust bowl, forest and prairie fires rage unchecked. (California etc.)
Wild animals, dying of thirst, look to you for a drink.
Springs and streams are dried up.
The whole country is burning up..”    Joel 1:19-20, MSG.

I believe the LORD wants to bring restoration to our nation but it will require the people to humbly repent before restoration will truly come and the locust desist!

The enemy is armed and ready to come into devour, and to cut off the little that has been left in the field to eat or to glean in the fields that has not been devoured by the locust!

The enemy is armed with soldiers from without in other Nations; the opposition seeks quietly to come in to take many hostages in this season so he can plunder, divide, and conquer all that is not his!  Refusing to break rank!

Even in the house of God  – many have allowed the new wine to be cut off leaving the alters dry and the people in ruin without a Savior in the system of religion.

As God uses his prophets crying, “Come back to me and really mean it!  Come fasting and weeping, sorry for your sins!”

For, Who knows if he will repent of what he is about to do and leave a blessing behind?

Blow the trumpet in Zion, call for the praying mothers, the Children and the elders into the public assembly and let them weep with tears between the threshold and the altars saying God spare your people from reproach and your inheritance from shame!

For, God is a merciful God always ready to forgive and to turn away catastrophe and ruin from the paths of the people!

Decrees and Declarations:

I decree and declare that if God People that are called by His Name shall humble themselves and pray and seek the LORD’s face that they will hear from heaven and he {will} heal the land,  (2 Chronicles 7:14)

For, I hear Him saying to fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things.

Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness will spring, for the trees will bear her fruit, the fig tree and the vine will yield their strength.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.  And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.

And {I will restore to you} the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army {which I sent among you.}

And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and {my people} shall never be ashamed.

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit,”  (Joel 2:21-29 KJV)

The bending of the knees and the humbling of the heart is never time wasted but time invested!  (Luke 18:1; James 5:16B)
