Dream:

I’m with others gathering in a VERY LARGE BUILDING, it reminds me of a warehouse or an airplane hanger. 

We are to meet with youths who have just come become new believers.  We are to split them into small groups to meet with leaders in homes.

Then MULTIPLE HUGE DOORS on the side of the building blew open.  I could sense Holy Spirit was at work, blowing in a fresh wind.

I could feel the excitement in the air.  I see airplanes outside, and others flying in.

There is also a MASSIVE group of young people.  They had been waiting eagerly outside the building for what seemed like a long time to them, as they were so excited about The LORD!

As the new believers began to FLOOD the building, I looked around at the others who had been sent there to help and there was a look of overwhelming bewilderment on some, as they didn’t realize there would be so many, but they seemed to be moving slowly in familiar motions telling some, where to go and what to do next.

On others I could see the sheer joy of excitement, and anticipation of what The LORD was getting ready to do among them.

A third type just stood there, stunned, unable to move, they were so overwhelmed with the amount of new believers, and seemed frozen and unable to move.

End of Dream.

Interpretation:

We need more workers for the harvest of new believers that are now and will be coming in.

We should not be surprised since the Word talks of this time, when the harvest fields are white.

“Yeshua went all over the Galil (Galilee) teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing people from every kind of disease and sickness.  Word of Him spread throughout all Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill, suffering with various diseases and pains, and those held in the power of demons, and epileptics, and paralytics; and he healed them.  Huge crowds followed him from the Galil, the Ten Towns/ Cities (Decapolis), and Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), Y’hudah (Judah) and the Ever-Ha Yerden (territories east of the Jordan river),”   Matthew 4:23-25 CJB.   

“After The LORD appointed seventy other talmidim (disciples) and sent them on ahead in pairs to every town and place where he himself was about to go, He said to them, “To be sure, there is a large harvest.  But there are few workers.  Therefore, please with the Lord of the Harvest that he speed workers out to gather in His harvest,”   Luke 10:1-2 CJB.

When harvest fields are white relates back to fall harvest times for farmers of wheat, barley and corn.

When the corn, wheat, and barley are white in the field they are ripe to pick.  This compares to spring, when the fields are brown from the new plowed soil, or green with the new seedlings popping up.

While in the summer everything is green as you look out onto the fields.  This infers there are right times to pick the harvest and wrong times to pick it.

If someone isn’t interested at the time to listen, perhaps you need to check with The LORD, to see if you are to move on to another, who is ripe for the picking.  He will direct you to the right ones.

“Meanwhile, the talmidim (disciples) were urging Yeshua, “Rabbi, eat something.”  But he answered, “I have food to eat that you don’t know about.”  At this the talmidim asked one another, “Could someone have brought him food?”  Yeshua said to them, “My food is to do what the one who sent me wants and to bring His work to completion.  Don’t you have a saying, ‘Four more months, and then the harvest?’ Well, what I say to you is: open your eyes and look at the fields!   They’re already ripe for harvest!  The one who reaps receives his wages and gathers fruit for eternal life, so that the reaper and the sower may be glad together –  for in this matter, the proverb, ‘One sows and another reaps,’ holds true.  I sent you to reap what you haven’t worked for.  Others have done the hard labor, and you have benefited from their work,”   John 4:31-38 CJB.
