SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/27/15:
Establish yourself in strong faith by believing in Me and believing that I reward those who seek Me.  Every difficult situation that you encounter has the potential to strengthen your faith and provide a firm foundation for victory.  Know that I am with you to give you wisdom and bring you through, says the Lord.  Only believe!
James 1:2-4  “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.  But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/26/15:
To those who suffer monotony, I tell you the truth that My kingdom is anything but monotonous.  However, you will have to give up your mindset that nothing will ever change or be different for you.  And, you must stir yourself and awaken to curiosity and a sense of desire before you will rise up in the realm of My Spirit and discover true life.  Shake off the bonds of boredom.  Seek Me with all your heart, and enter into a glorious adventure with Me, says the Lord.
Psalms 38:9   “Lord, all my desire is before You; and my sighing is not hidden from You.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/25/15:
In a vision I saw a car stuck in the mud.  At first, the driver just sat in the car, but as time passed he realized he needed to do something about his situation.  He got out of the car and started walking to get help.  And, the LORD says, “Many of you, My people, are currently stuck in a rut.  Nothing is going to change until you do something about your situation.  Choose to move forward.  Ask Me for help, and I will provide it.  Seek Me for wisdom and direction and I will give it.”
Psalms 32:8   “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/24/15:
Beloved, I continue to equip you to do My work and to lift up those around you.  That also means that I have given you the ability to overcome adversity, the work of the enemy, and your own flesh responses.  Pay attention to what you say to others and do your best to control your impulse to whine in an effort to gain sympathy.  Let your requests come before Me alone, says the Lord, for I will give you wisdom and the kind of help that will actually make a difference.
Philippians 4:6  “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/23/15:
Let no one deceive you through their own opinions or perceptions.  You must listen to Me, says the Lord, for I will always bring you to truth.   Attune your ears to hear My voice, and allow Me to anoint your eyes to see and understand spiritual truth.  I will direct your steps and lead you in the path of righteousness.
Psalm 23:3  “He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/20/15:
I speak to those who feel like you have stalled and are no longer moving forward.  Do not despair.  You should take advantage of this quiet time to do internal work.  Pay particular attention to things brought to your attention that require a change of motivation and attitude.  Align yourself with My Word, says the Lord, and be done with self-justification.
James 1:22  “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/19/15:
I call you to live a surrendered life, one in which you never resist the leading of My Spirit.  It is My desire that you do not choose the world, carnal living, or flesh desires over righteousness and spiritual purity.  As world conditions continue to grow worse, it is even more vital that you separate yourself from all evil and walk in the Spirit, says the Lord.  Set your heart to always do what produces spiritual vitality.
James 3:17  “But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/18/15:
I speak to many of you, My people, who feel exhausted.  You will not be able to rectify this condition in the natural realm.  Your refreshment will come from being in My presence.  Much of what feels like being extremely tired comes from discouragement because of circumstances and natural conditions.  Encourage yourself in Me–in spiritual truth–and take the time to be rejuvenated, says the Lord.
1 Samuel 30:6  “And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/17/15:
Rise up spiritually into My presence and receive the fresh and powerful anointing that is being poured out on those who desire it.  There are things for you to do, but the accomplishment of those things will require the anointing.  Access a new infilling of My Holy Spirit for this season and allow spiritual power, gifts and fruit to manifest in your life, says the Lord.
1 John 2:27   “But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.”

THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS  — 2/16/15
You have heard Me, and you have listened.  Now make that dynamic connection with Me that you so desire.  It is by faith that you do so.  All you must do is believe My word and position yourself to receive that which I am doing this day, in this hour, in this very minute.  For, I have come to connect you to My life, to My power, to My joy, to My peace, so that you may know Me, fellowship with Me, and truly walk with Me, says the Lord.   Today is a day of new beginnings for you, if you so choose.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/26/15:
When you walk in My ways, says the LORD, you will set an example that others can follow if they want to live in peace and blessing.  Those that live and walk in the Spirit are able access everything that is available to them through faith.  It is worth it to make the changes necessary to live in righteousness and always do good.
Psalms 37:3  “Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 5/13/15:
In a vision I saw a clock being fixed. I believe this was a sign that for many of God’s people it has seemed as though time has stood still and that no progress has been made.  You are now in a time when you will begin to see breakthrough moments.  As they come, recognize these events as significant first steps in resuming your divine progression in the process of fulfilling destiny.
1 Timothy 4:15   “Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/12/15:
Set yourself to receive wisdom and direction that will change your routines in ways that will result in better quality of life.  What seems to be a minor change will result in major benefit.  But, you must be willing to let go of habits and behaviors that have ultimately created more harm than good.  It is My desire for you to live in optimum strength and spiritual awareness, says the Lord.  Let Me show you the way.
Psalms 139:24  “And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 5/11/15:
Be still and find that place of peace that goes beyond your natural understanding.  You, My people, are being bombarded with too much noise and too many words.  The earth is filled with words of deception, fear, and outrage.  But, you must stay calm and fill yourself with truth, peace, and assurance that I am with you, says the Lord.  Do not allow the forces of darkness to take you off course.  Be strong and steadfast.
1 Corinthians 15:58   “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/10/15:
In a vision I saw ominous storm clouds gathering on the horizon.  Then, I saw a shepherd with a small flock of sheep in the meadow below.  There was a gentle breeze and then gusts of wind.  I watched as the sheep in the meadow became restless and unsettled, so the shepherd found a rock outcropping with a big rock overhang on the edge of that field.  He took his sheep there for protection until the storm passed by.  And, I heard the voice of the Lord:  There is a storm coming, the likes of which you have not seen, but I am the Great Shepherd and those who are Mine will be protected.  The storms are spiritual and must come to give opportunity to those who are wayward to come into My fold.
2 Chronicles 24:19   “Yet he sent prophets to them, to bring them again unto the LORD; and they testified against them: but they would not give ear.”

THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS  — 2/9/15
The Holy Spirit is saying, “What is the problem? Whatever you think it is, it is not. I am aware of your situation and your circumstances. You can trust Me to help you if you can only believe. I will fulfill My duty on your behalf and all you have to do is trust, believe and obey that which I speak to you.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/9/15
Clear your mind of all negativity and past disappointments.  Let darkness go, and set your mind on light and life.  Deliberately think about things that bring hope and encouragement.  This is a choice and a discipline, but the more you direct your thoughts, the more doors will open for good things, says the Lord.  I am your hope.
Philippians 4:8   “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/6/15
Beloved, I want you to be the best you can be in My kingdom.  Go beyond the mundane and experience the spirit realm first-hand.  Don’t be satisfied with hearing the stories of the extraordinary spiritual experiences of other people.  Step out in the faith that what I do with and through others, I will do with you.  I do not discriminate, nor do I value one individual more than another, says the Lord.  Be assured that if you are available and completely surrender to Me, I will manifest Myself to and through you.
Acts 10:34   “Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/5/15
In a vision I saw someone rising up from the earth; suspended in mid-air.  There was no resistance nor hindrance to movement.  At one point this person appeared to be lying in a hammock, but there were no visible structures of any kind.  It was very peaceful, and I asked the Lord what it could mean.  He said, “If you will rise up by faith and live in the Spirit, the harshness and restrictions of the earth will have no power over you.  You will experience great freedom, rest, and peace.”
Galatians 5:25   “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/4/15
Now is the time when you can bring many things to completion and tie up loose ends.  You will need to do this before you can progress.  There is a spiritual flow in your life, and it would be of great benefit to you to detect that flow and move with it, says the Lord.  When you are in the “flow” everything works easier and smoother.  For most of you, My people, finding it will be a matter of awareness and making small corrections.
1 Corinthians 15:34   “Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God.  I speak this to your shame.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/3/15
Ignoring unpleasant issues will not make them go away.  Take the time necessary to assess your situation and make decisions.  Be mindful that what you decide needs to be based on truth and what is right to do; not on how you feel.  Exercise self-control so that godly attitudes and motivations will rule in your life, says the Lord.  Let Me direct your steps so that what has the potential to be a disaster will actually be a victory.
Psalms 98:1   “Oh, sing to the LORD a new song!  For He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have gained Him the victory. ”

THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS  — 2/2/15
Let the journey begin.  I have identified for you the way in which you should walk.  I’ve spoken to you ears so that you could hear.  Now you must allow your spirit to respond and react.  My great desire for you is to walk on My pathway in this season. Enjoy the journey and see My mighty work.  Let My glory come down, let My wisdom come, and you shall indeed abound in the promise of all I have spoken, says the Lord.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  — 2/2/15
Change is in the air, and portions of your life experience that you have grown accustomed to are in the process of change.  You will need to pay attention to the signs that suggest a different direction.  Be flexible and position yourself to accommodate the unfamiliar so that you aren’t fighting against the inevitable, says the Lord.  Everything will be all right
Isaiah 55:12   “For you shall go out with joy, and be led out with peace; the mountains and the hills shall break forth into singing before you, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.”
