SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/31/17:
Allow Me to transform you, says the LORD. What you do matters far less than who you are in Me. I AM looking over the face of the whole earth to find those whose hearts are in sync with Mine. I want you to walk and live in the Spirit with no distance between us. Come and be unified; become one with Me.
John 17:20-21 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/30/17:
The circumstances you have endured have left you feeling traumatized, but I tell you honestly that I AM greater than your trauma. I have brought you through every difficulty and strengthened you in the process. Now, you must look forward and begin by taking one step at a time, one day at a time, that will lead to your destiny, says the LORD.
2 Corinthians 4:16 “Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/289/17:
When uncertainty seems to abound, it is more important than ever for you to be certain about what you believe. Your relationship with Me, says the LORD, must be solid. And, your efforts to make your calling and election sure is of utmost significance. Put forth an earnest and strenuous attempt to establish yourself securely in My Kingdom.
2 Peter 1:10-11 “Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/28/17:
I heard the word “obsequious” in my spirit. Then, I heard the LORD say, “Compliance to My word is to your advantage. I have set definitive boundaries through My written word by which you can thrive and prosper if you will be obedient. Set yourself to be a doer and not just a hearer, and you will find yourself in safe and blessed habitations.”
James 1:23-25 “For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.”
THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS — 3/17/17:
Come to Me with faith and hope. Come to Me with expectation. Come to Me and know that the journey I have prepared for you is a far better journey than you yourself can see. Know that in this very specific time frame you can grow spiritually, you can know Me better, you can come and receive the grace, the wisdom, and the joy that I have for you. Come and enjoy Me in this season, says the LORD God.
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/27/17:
You are about to shift from what you deemed important, or even vital to your life, to a value system that reflects spiritual reality more completely. The shift will be subtle enough that you might not be aware of it until some time passes. You are receiving spiritual training through the things you suffer and have suffered. Do not lose balance in this time, says the LORD.
Hebrews 5:8 “though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/24/17:
Take a breath and regroup. Evaluate your life experience according to what has worked and what has not. This evaluation will bring understanding and perspective. Then, you can make necessary adjustments to bring order. You cannot prosper in all things when you overlook aspects of your life that create chaos and result in destruction. Make changes that will be beneficial, says the LORD.
3 John 1:2 “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/23/17:
Refuse the temptation to get discouraged. Discouragement will kill your faith faster than anything, but you must stay strong in your mental attitude and in faith. Refresh yourself in the truth of My Word, which is still for you today. Life conditions and circumstances can lead you away from your relationship with Me, says the LORD, unless you stay strong spiritually.
Romans 10:17 “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/22/17:
You will begin to see small but significant breakthroughs in various areas of your life, which will lead to complete freedom, says the LORD. Do not discount your progress. Your forward momentum will consist of a series of small steps that will ultimately lead to success. I will show you the path to victory.
Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/21/17:
Beloved, I want you to know that I will give you wisdom in every situation. Refuse to dwell on things that cause you to be fearful or anxious, and look to My promises that will bolster faith in My ability to keep you safe, says the LORD. Faith is your most precious possession.
Psalms 4:8 “I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.”
THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS — 3/20/17:
I know that you understand the season and that I want to elevate your position of discernment at this time so that you can know what is taking place and so that you can know who is for you and against you. I want you to know these things, but you must apply yourself. You must position yourself to receive the anointing of this hour and time, so you can walk in the freedom of the truth and revelation of not only Who I AM, but what I will do for you. In this specific time there is a special anointing being distributed to My servants for these days and for these hours. So, get ready to receive it and apply your faith to that which you are hearing right now, says the LORD.
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/20/17:
I have encouraged you to leave the past behind so that you can move into the next phase of your life. Now, I tell you that those things that you needed to let go of and yet still cling to will become an anchor to your soul. You must deliberately choose to release that which no longer serves your best interests. Be free from all that could become bondage, says the LORD.
Galatians 5:1 “Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/17/17:
When nothing around you seems stable, come to Me. Remember that your stability originates spiritually and filters down to your sense of well-being naturally. You must press into the place of peace that only comes from My presence, says the LORD. Refuse to allow your feelings of instability to dictate your responses.
Isaiah 26:3 “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/16/17:
Evaluate your priorities and deliberately and carefully consider and weigh your options for moving forward. Choose according to the path that will allow for a clear conscience, moral excellence, and spiritual growth. Allow My Spirit to be your guide and to establish you on higher ground in righteousness, says the LORD. Come out of every sort of darkness into the light of life.
Titus 1:15 “To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/15/17:
To those who have struggled to break through difficult circumstances and dark times of the soul, you will be able to step into the light with a fresh, new beginning. The effort that you put forth at this time to gain that freedom will all be worth it. You can now look forward with a new and hopeful perspective, says the LORD.
Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/14/17:
Watch for opportunities to extricate yourself from hindrances that have kept you from achieving your short-term destiny. Be willing to let go of problems of the past and reach forward to new possibilities that will cause your soul to prosper, says the LORD. If you can do this successfully, you will be delighted with the new version of your life.
Philippians 3:13 “Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead.”
THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS — 3/13/17:
Find yourself in a position of faith where you can believe Me. Ask for wisdom that you can walk in from this day forward. Come and walk with Me. My ways are not your ways. My ways are always empowered by wisdom. My ways always establish the truth. My ways will lead you out of the valley of the shadow of death and through the darkness of whatever the enemy brings upon you. Come and receive this mantle of wisdom so that it might lead you into the days that are ahead, says the LORD.
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/13/17:
In your efforts to let go of the past and move on, you must be cognizant of the fact that I am going before you to prepare the way. So, it will be to your advantage to allow Me to lead you into all that I have prepared for you and not get ahead of Me through impatience. My timing is perfect, and I know where I AM taking you, says the LORD.
Isaiah 42:16 “I will bring the blind by a way they did not know; I will lead them in paths they have not known. I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. These things I will do for them, and not forsake them.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/10/17:
Many of you, My people, feel as though you have stagnated and have no ability to move beyond your current difficulties. I tell you honestly that it is not your ability that matters; it is the strength of your faith in My ability to do what you cannot. You must stop relying on your own efforts and common sense and begin to rely on Me, says the LORD. Rise up to walk and live in the Spirit.
Luke 1:37 “For with God nothing will be impossible.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/9/17:
Keep your emotions in check and stand fearless in the face of adversity. Fear is the antithesis of faith and will interfere with your ability to trust Me, says the LORD. Know that I am for you and that I will give you the wisdom necessary to lead you out of your current quagmire. You will again stand on solid spiritual ground, says the LORD.
Psalm 18:19 “He also brought me out into a broad place; He delivered me because He delighted in me.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/8/17:
You have endured everything from inconvenience to hardship with every circumstance lending to the understanding of life, people and yourself. The lessons learned have been invaluable and ultimately have had the potential of making you stronger than you have ever been as you trust Me in all things. You are truly being transformed into My image, says the LORD.
2 Corinthians 3:18 “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the LORD, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the LORD.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/7/17:
Set a watch over your mind and emotions so that you don’t get carried away from truth and reality. You must be quiet enough to perceive and discern spiritually so that you know what I AM doing and where I am taking you, says the LORD. That which the enemy has meant to be evil or harmful to you, I will turn to your benefit. Make every effort to get in the flow of My Spirit.
Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS — 3/6/17:
I heard the LORD say, “Today you heard My word and it is true. For, if you will embrace the process of clearing the clutter from your mind, you will indeed hear Me. You will see the things that I’ve desired to show you. You will know of the things that I want to do for you and with you. This process is for each and every one of My children. Only believe what I am saying and set yourself to receive.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/6/17:
Be strong and stay steady. You have been in a time of sifting and sorting to know the difference between what is vital for you to retain and what needs to be discarded. Much of what you are hanging on to will soon be shown to be detrimental to your spiritual well-being and growth. You must decide what is necessary to your existence both now and in the days to come, says the LORD. Choose wisely.
2 Peter 3:18 “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/3/17:
Now is the time to be encouraged by renewing yourself in the truth of My Word. Bolster your faith by reminding yourself what you believe and why you believe it. Your mind and heart need to be cleansed from the doubt and unbelief that keep you from receiving the benefits brought about by strong faith, says the LORD.
James 1:6-8 “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the LORD; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/2/17:
Everything that you have had to face and deal with in recent weeks and months has been for the purpose of revealing your heart as you take advantage of opportunities to make necessary changes. If you will stop for a moment and review how far you have come, you will see that you have grown spiritually. You have also learned to rely on Me more completely, says the LORD.
Psalms 92:12 “The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.”
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 3/1/17:
Set yourself to be strong and steady. There are many things that can take you off course if you allow them to. Refuse to react to circumstances instead of giving careful consideration before you respond. Keep yourself in safety by allowing Me to direct your steps, says the LORD.
Psalms 119:133 “Direct my steps by Your word, and let no iniquity have dominion over me.”
