SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/30/16:
In a vision I saw a small plateau on the way up a mountain.  It was peaceful, and we were calm and happy.  The sun was shining and the air was clear.  It was beautiful.  And, I heard the LORD say, “Enjoy this time of refreshment as your spirit is being renewed.  This won’t last forever, but the strength and encouragement that you receive now will help carry you through days of adversity.”
Ephesians 6:10  “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the LORD and in the power of His might.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/29/16:
In the world darkness abounds, but I have called you to walk in light and truth. Allow Me to bring light where there is darkness and truth where there is error. Do not deviate from that path. I will show you the way that produces life, says the LORD.
John 12:46   “I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 11/28/16:
Search your soul for unrighteousness; find that place of darkness in your heart and repent.  Know that your repentance is real when you are horrified and mortified at your sin.  Seek Me for deliverance, and I will forgive and restore you, says the LORD.
Psalms 51:10   “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/25/16:
Stop and take a deep breath.  You have been in a spiritual whirlwind, but now I want you to consider where you have been and how far you have come.  Let this be a time of reflection and re-dedication to the Kingdom and of allowing My word to propel you forward into faith and righteousness, says the LORD.  Refuse to allow worldliness to steal your peace and joy.
Romans 14:17   “for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/24/16:
Refuse to react emotionally to upsetting circumstances.  I will show you ways to deal with stress with peace and civility, says the LORD.  Trust Me to give you wisdom and direction in all things.  But, it will be up to you to exercise self-control.
Galatians 5:22-23a   “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/23/16:
It is more important than ever for you to walk and live in the Spirit. Opportunities will arise to deal with those who intrude into your personal space.  And, you might also have to evaluate your intrusion in the personal space of others.  Watch for issues of manipulation and control, and be sensitive and gracious as you endeavor to keep the peace while establishing and maintaining good boundaries, says the LORD.
Romans 12:18  “If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/22/16:
Where is your love?  I speak to many who started your spiritual journey with true love in your heart for Me.  Then, you allowed that love to fade into religious tradition and service.  I would have you remember the love and stir yourself up not only to love Me, but to know Me, says the LORD.  My love for you has never changed.
Romans 8:28   “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”

THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS  —  11/21/16:
Whatever you believe you will receive.  Do not let this opportunity slide away from you, but hold the promise close to your heart.  Begin to meditate on the things that I have shown you and the things I have challenged you with.  Those things brought under the power of My Word will become beneficial to you in this season.  All of the blessings will be “Yes” and “Amen” on your behalf, for that is My purpose for you, says the LORD.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/21/16:
To those who have been facing difficult issues as yet unresolved, I say to you that you must trust Me to show you the way to resolution.  This is not something that will resolve itself. It will take your cooperation, but I will give you the knowledge and wisdom that you need to move forward, says the LORD.
Isaiah 30:21  “Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/18/16:
Beloved, I want you to understand that you are not alone in your struggle. Everyone struggles, each with his own conditions and issues. But, you must also realize that it is the struggle that has the potential of propelling you into My kingdom, says the LORD. Your relationship with Me requires the knowledge that the world does not and will not bring fulfillment.
Psalms 33:8  “Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/17/16:
You have reached a brief plateau in your spiritual ascent in which you must allow what you have learned to become part of who you are.  The pieces of information and wisdom that you have acquired on your recent journey will come together as you allow the Spirit to do His work in you, says the LORD.  All you need to do is be quiet and stay put until you are released to proceed.
Psalms 46:10  “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/16/16:
Rest, recuperate, and rejuvenate.  Understand the relevance of where you have been to where you are going.  Capitalize on this opportunity to make necessary adjustments that will enable you to move forward successfully.  You may need to cut and run from certain situations that have dominated your time and energy without producing desired results.  Evaluate by discerning good and evil, and take a righteous position, says the LORD.
Hebrews 5:14   “But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/15/16:
Expect to have to make adjustments in your routine. Change is the one thing you can depend on in life. Your environment is always in a state of flux, and you need to yield to the moving of My Spirit so that you can walk in the newness of life. Find the correct and righteous flow and be at peace, says the LORD.
Psalms 5:12   “For You, O LORD, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.”

THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS  —  11/14/16:
Come and be one with Me, says the LORD.  Have you forgotten that faith prevails?  Have you forgotten that faith, in and of itself, will bring you into victory; that faith is the very substance of the things that you hope for?  So, these signs and these wonders that I have performed should bring you into a position of extreme faith that will become the substance of your hope so that you can receive all I have for you.  You can become who I designed you to be – powerful, mighty men and women of God.  Let this season birth that in your heart and bring it forth in you.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/14/16:
Rise up in the realm of the Spirit and observe that you are in the early morning hours of the new day.  The spiritual landscape is shrouded in fog so that you cannot see clearly.  The path of life stretches out before you, but you cannot tell where it goes.  And, you are not yet out of the woods of bleakness of uncertainty.  But, I tell you honestly that I will bring you forth in the strength of My purposes and in the power of My blessing, says the LORD.
Isaiah 42:16  “I will bring the blind by a way they did not know; I will lead them in paths they have not known. I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. These things I will do for them, and not forsake them.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 11/11/16:
Resist the temptation to project out and make assumptions. What you have is today. Make the most of your time through making good decisions and by choosing good over evil in all things. Allow My nature to prevail in your thoughts and actions, says the LORD. Let there be no unrighteousness in you.
John 7:18 “He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but he who seeks the glory of the One who sent him is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/10/16:
Get ready to move forward.  The season of transition is nearly over.  Prepare yourself to be sensitive to the leading of My Spirit.  Do not rely on your own wits and emotional reactions to circumstances.  Rather, listen for My voice and watch for My signs.  I will indeed direct your every step, says the LORD.
Psalms 119:133  “Direct my steps by Your word, and let no iniquity have dominion over me.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/9/16:
You, My people, are at a tipping point.  What you do at this time will change your lives forever.  You are at a point of no-return.  Take every opportunity to draw near to Me so that you can receive instructions for the next season.  I will show you how to be righteous in the midst of a crooked generation, says the LORD.  Do not be afraid.
Philippians 2:14-15 “Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/8/16:
In the Spirit I could both hear and feel the sounds deep in the earth calling forth the purposes of God to manifest.  I could see people begin to be sensitive to the moving of the Spirit of the LORD, but great darkness fought against the light and righteousness.  The war raged between good and evil in a more profound way than ever. And, I heard the LORD say, “Stand on the ground of purity.”
Psalm 24:3-4   “Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD?  Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully.”

THE TRUMPET by BILL BURNS  —  11/7/16:
Rise up and encourage yourself in the same way David encouraged himself when things were not going well for him.  Rise up and believe that I AM for you, that I AM with you and that I will bring you through to a position of victory.  Rise up in this hour and allow your faith to soar.  Allow yourself to again believe in My goodness and watch the blessings of My Kingdom come to you in this season, says the LORD.

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/7/16:
In a vision I saw the face of a clock, and I could hear it ticking.  I would turn away and look back and the time had barely advanced.  And, the LORD said, “It may seem like time is almost standing still because you are so anxious to move into the next season, but it is not yet time to make significant progress.  It is a time of transition and of waiting.  Some of My people are bored.  Some feel aimless.  Be content with this transition.  I will show you things internally that must be dealt with right now so that you do not carry those things into the future.
1 Timothy 6:6   “Now godliness with contentment is great gain.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS — 11/4/16:
Beloved, I want you to look beyond what you can see naturally into what I will show you spiritually. The natural scheme of things can only obliterate your possibilities and potential. You must reach beyond where you are now to realize all that I have prepared for you, says the LORD.
Psalms 123:2  “Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their masters, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the LORD our God, until He has mercy on us.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/3/16:
The main thrust of the season in which you had every opportunity to simplify and fortify is in the past.  However, this process will continue on some level for the next few years.  It is not too late to get in on the benefits of simplicity.  Complexities in the world abound and create an incredible amount of pressure and stress, but you can and must stay in peace regardless of the chaos that is all around you, says the LORD.
2 Corinthians 1:12   “For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience that we conducted ourselves in the world in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom but by the grace of God, and more abundantly toward you.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/2/16:
When you feel restless, come into My presence and seek My rest, which is far above the fray.  Come in spirit and be refreshed and rejuvenated so that you can effectively face the days ahead energized and with confidence.  Establish yourself in peace, says the LORD.
Hebrews 4:10  “For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.”

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS  —  11/1/16:
You have been in a holding pattern where there seems to be no change or progress.  This time of waiting can either be fruitless or fruitful.  You can do nothing, or you can take advantage of this time to examine your attitudes and motivations and make positive and lasting changes.  Do not let this opportunity pass you by, says the LORD.
Galatians 6:4   “But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.”
