Take the Kingdom of Heaven by Violence Today!
“Victory is not always in the heat of the battlefield, but is won in the bedchamber of prayer.”
My thoughts turned to Elisha as he had the king to take up the arrows. God does exactly the same with us.
He asks us to take up our weapons in private prayer. It is just you and him, the enemy seems miles away. This is the place where the real transaction occurs spiritually.
Our weapons are engaged! It may seem we are shooting arrows into thin air. Yet when we obey, and exercise our God given authority believing that the arrows we send forth is accomplishing what God intends, victory is our outcome!
We need to let our arrows soar out of us! We need to start praying victory when staring down a barrel of defeat.
Your arrows are those words of authority spoken in prayer! God has a battle plan in your bedchamber of prayer today.
Before you is an unopened window to be flung open and spiritual ground waiting to be struck. Upon your lips and in your hands are the arrows God intends to be utilized for complete victory!
Follow his leading and don’t stop short for the results will surely be seen. Take up your arrows and take the Kingdom of Heaven by violence today.
“Satan fears prayer and offsets it at every angle! At every opportunity, he stalls the impulse to take part in it, for he has felt the smart of men who pray in the Holy Ghost. Again and again hell has shuddered from the onslaughts of men who have taken the Kingdom of Heaven by violence!” (Leonard Ravenhill).
