As you are preparing your heart for this year’s Feast of Tabernacles, we want to share some of what the Lord has impressed is on HIS heart for the time we spend together during this Sukkot.

None of us can deny that the trumpets are blowing and the alarms are being sounded as we read of calamity in the nations daily.  The prophets are releasing God’s judgments and for many nations there is a short window of grace before the judgments fall.  The good news is that all God’s judgments are redemptive but we first have to traverse THROUGH the judgment before we see the redemption.

We have no doubt that this Feast falls in a short window of grace and therefore we want to be in a place of no regrets by seeking the Lord to be in tune with HIM.  The word is clear about what our place as intercessors are, especially before judgments are released:

“Let the priests, who minister in the LORD’s presence, stand and weep between the entry room to the Temple and the altar.  Let them pray, “Spare your people, LORD!  Don’t let your special possession become an object of mockery.  Don’t let them become a joke for unbelieving foreigners who say, ‘Has the God of Israel left them?'”   Joel 2:17.

We believe that this Feast is one of those short open windows where we as a company can make eternal differences by standing before our King with our ears on His heart as our first priority.  Yes we will dance and rejoice but we will also seize the time of grace to rend our hearts before Him in intercession for His great name sake.  That is why we have exchanged our boat ride on the Sea of Galilee for a time of prayer on Israel’s northern border – a choice of no regrets.

We know that it is in the time of great darkness over the nations that the glory of the Lord is rising over Zion.  Our days in Jerusalem in the Hinnom Valley will be filled with praises, worship and we will all dance before our King but also in the spirit of the fear of the Lord, spend this time before His face in utter dependency.

The disciples were in prayer and praise ministering to the Lord in the Temple with great expectancy for what He had promised them when He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem but to wait for the promise of the Father which He said you have heard from me …….  You shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit NOT MANY DAYS from now!   We will wait on Him in this very valley where the prophets have seen the glory and the spirit being poured out in the latter days.  What a privilege to be in the right place at the right time!

Come prepared beloved – we are expecting an outpouring of His glory – the former and the latter rain in the same month and we are positioned to stand and do His will! It is the days of spiritual Egypt and Goshen – in Egypt the plagues fell and in Goshen, right next door, there was glory.  For everything there is a time and a season, we will rejoice and we will weep- prepare your hearts for the Feast of no regrets.
