The Full Measure of Grace — 6 Comments

  1. “This world and its days are far behind for you are looking through a glass dimly seeing things that have already happened”

Thank you Mary for this blessed message!

    Greetings and blessings from sweden!

  2. “If I tell you that you shall eat the good of the land then you are already full.  Stop waiting for things to happen that have already happened in time.”
but God also state in His Word that a promise/Prophecy is for an appointed time, wait for it.
I do not understand the “Stop waiting”and “wait for the appointed time”. It looks like it speaking against its other. God is not confused, it must be me.
    Please clarify.

    • Hi Francois,

The ‘appointed time’ is when you experience in the ‘natural’ what already is done by God beforehand. So while you are ‘waiting’ you shall continue in obedience despite outward circumstances.

      • Thanks., but that I Know.
I Know that when God spoken a word it already exist in the spiritual realm and will manifest at its appointed time in our natural realm on earth.

What I do not understand is why He also states: “STOP WAITING for things to happen that have already happened in time.”

    • 2 Timothy 1:7-10 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

This message from the Lord is a shot of encouragement into the bloodstream of our faith.
The Lord has stated that many people are asking “WHEN” are the things You have spoken coming to pass. And God is saying, “O ye of little faith.”

When God says a thing is already happened in time, it means when it manifests we will be watching or experiencing a rerun.

God speaks a thing and it happens. He wills things without speaking and they happen. Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Our concept of time is nothing like Gods. He rules and controls time to His Glory. Time is an instrument God uses to establish His word, put His Word in place, and bring His Word to pass.
Habakkuk 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Presently, a thing may not be happening in our lives, atmosphere, or surroundings, but it has already happened with God through His utterance.

Man tends to focus more on levels of time whereas God is not limited or bound by man’s concept of time.

Stretch your eyes stay awake spiritually; move around in the spirit to see God doing the work He has spoken by His clock.

Get in the spirit. When you see God doing the work know it is already done. Things happen through the progression of time by the will of the Father.

Naturally, God does not want us to stand around gazing into the sky as the men of Galilee did waiting on the return of Christ (Acts 1:6-12). He wants us to be motivated by our faith and to rejoice the more over His Word and when His Word manifests.

The Lord wants us to keep our eyes focused on the truth of His Word. He gives revelations, hints, clues, riddles, rhymes, mysteries, and evidence so we may see Him as a lover to chase after.

Our Lord is a God Talker and we must learn to be God Chasers continently pursuing Him for the buried treasures in His Word.

Understanding God’s concept of time has been a challenging lesson for man. One thing for sure the flesh cannot comprehend what is spiritual.

1 Corinthians 2:9-14 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Even though men may sometimes operate with a finite mind it is not the will of God. Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

Our focus should be on the infinite wisdom of God. James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, LET HIM ASK OF GOD, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Psalm 49:3 My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.

      Proverbs 2:2 So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding;

Proverbs 3:5Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
