I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13). 

• I decree and declare I PRAISE YOU, Lord/ Adonai, with all my Heart.
  In the presence of the Mighty I will SING PRAISES to You!
  I PRAISE Your Name for Your LOVE and Your FAITHFULNESS.
  For You — magnified above all YOUR NAME and YOUR WORD!
• I decree and declare when I CALLED, YOU ANSWERED me, Lord/ Adonai.
  YOU MADE ME BOLD with STRENGTH in my soul!
  All the Kings of the Earth will PRAISE You, Lord/ Adonai, when they hear Your Speech.
  They will Sing of Your Ways, for GREAT is the GLORY of the Lord/ Adonai.
• I decree and declare though I walk amid trouble, YOU REVIVE ME, Lord/ Adonai.
  You stretch out Your Hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your Right Hand DELIVERS ME!
  You will fulfill Your PURPOSE for me.
  Your LOVINGKINDNESS ENDURES FOREVER!
  You will not abandon the work of Your Hands!
• I decree and declare I will not fear the religious elite nor the government officials; I will share the TRUTH of Christ/ Messiah crucified and RESURRECTED — the provision of SALVATION for all mankind!
  It is the SIMPLE TRUTH of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah that draws the MULTITUDES to SALVATION!
• I decree and declare all HEALING comes by the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth/ Yeshua Ha-Mashiach ha-Natzrati — who was crucified and whom God/ Elohim raised from the dead!
  This Jesus/ Yeshua is the STONE, rejected by the builders, that has become the CHIEF CORNERSTONE!
  There is SALVATION in no one else, for THERE IS NO OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN GIVEN TO MANKIND BY WHICH WE MUST BE SAVED!
• I decree and declare the World will be AMAZED at your BOLDNESS — they will know that you DWELL IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD/ ELOHIM, through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
  The MIRACLES of the Lord/ Adonai will be known, and the People will not be able to deny them.
• I decree and declare though the authorities tell me to stop speaking of Christ/ Messiah, I will respond, “Whether it is right in the sight of God/ Elohim to listen to you rather than to God/Elohim, you decide.
  For I CANNOT STOP SPEAKING about what I have seen and heard.”
• I decree and declare we are CONFIDENT through Christ/ Messiah toward God — not that we are competent in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but OUR COMPETENCE IS FROM GOD/ ELOHIM!
  He made us COMPETENT as Servants of a New Covenant of the Spirit/ Ruach which gives LIFE!
• I decree and declare having such a HOPE, we act with GREAT BOLDNESS.
  The Lord/ Adonai is the Spirit/ Ruach and where the Spirit of the Lord/ Ruach Adonai is there is FREEDOM.
  We all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the GLORY of the Lord/ Adonai, are being TRANSFORMED into the same image from GLORY to GLORY — just as from the Lord/ Adonai, Who is the Spirit/ Ruach!
• I decree and declare that I will walk with my brothers and sisters in MEEKNESS and GENTLENESS of Christ/ Messiah, in HUMILITY.
  But when the occasion demands I WILL BE BOLD and courageous to stand against those who judge us as walking in the flesh.
  For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh.
• I decree and declare that the WEAPONS of our WARFARE are not fleshly but POWERFUL through God/ Elohim for the TEARING DOWN of STRONGHOLDS.
  We tear down false arguments and every high-minded thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.
  We are taking every thought captive to the OBEDIENCE of Christ/ Messiah — ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it.  Amen!

“¹ I will give you thanks with my whole heart. Before the gods, I will sing praises to you. ² I will bow down toward your holy temple, and give thanks to your Name for your loving kindness and for your truth; for you have exalted your Name and your Word above all. ³ In the day that I called, you answered me. You encouraged me with strength in my soul. ⁴ All the kings of the earth will give you thanks, Yahweh, for they have heard the words of your mouth. ⁵ Yes, they will sing of the ways of Yahweh, for Yahweh’s glory is great! ⁶ For though Yahweh is high, yet he looks after the lowly; but he knows the proud from afar. ⁷ Though I walk in the middle of trouble, you will revive me. You will stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies. Your right hand will save me. ⁸ Yahweh will fulfill that which concerns me. Your loving kindness, Yahweh, endures forever. Don’t forsake the works of your own hands,”   Psalm 138:1-8.

“¹ As they spoke to the people, the priests and the captain of the temple and the Sadducees came to them, ² being upset because they taught the people and proclaimed in Jesus the resurrection from the dead. ³ They laid hands on them, and put them in custody until the next day, for it was now evening. ⁴ But many of those who heard the word believed, and the number of the men came to be about five thousand.
⁵ In the morning, their rulers, elders, and scribes were gathered together in Jerusalem. ⁶ Annas the high priest was there, with Caiaphas, John, Alexander, and as many as were relatives of the high priest. ⁷ When they had stood Peter and John in the middle of them, they inquired, “By what power, or in what name, have you done this?”
⁸ Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “You rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, ⁹ if we are examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed, ¹⁰ may it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, this man stands here before you whole in him. ¹¹ He is ‘the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.’ [Psalm 118:22] ¹² There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
¹³ Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and had perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled. They recognized that they had been with Jesus. ¹⁴ Seeing the man who was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. ¹⁵ But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, ¹⁶ saying, “What shall we do to these men? Because indeed a notable miracle has been done through them, as can be plainly seen by all who dwell in Jerusalem, and we can’t deny it. ¹⁷ But so that this spreads no further among the people, let’s threaten them, that from now on they don’t speak to anyone in this name.” ¹⁸ They called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
¹⁹ But Peter and John answered them, “Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you rather than to God, judge for yourselves, ²⁰ for we can’t help telling the things which we saw and heard.”
²¹ When they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding no way to punish them, because of the people; for everyone glorified God for that which was done. ²² For the man on whom this miracle of healing was performed was more than forty years old,”   Acts 4:1-22.

“⁴ Such confidence we have through Christ toward God, ⁵ not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God, ⁶ who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. ⁷ But if the service of death, written engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the children of Israel could not look steadfastly on the face of Moses for the glory of his face, which was passing away, ⁸ won’t service of the Spirit be with much more glory? ⁹ For if the service of condemnation has glory, the service of righteousness exceeds much more in glory. ¹⁰ For most certainly that which has been made glorious has not been made glorious in this respect, by reason of the glory that surpasses. ¹¹ For if that which passes away was with glory, much more that which remains is in glory.
¹² Having therefore such a hope, we use great boldness of speech, ¹³ and not as Moses, who put a veil on his face, that the children of Israel wouldn’t look steadfastly on the end of that which was passing away. ¹⁴ But their minds were hardened, for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains, because in Christ it passes away. ¹⁵ But to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. ¹⁶ But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. ¹⁷ Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. ¹⁸ But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit,”  2 Corinthians 3:4-18.

“¹ Now I Paul, myself, entreat you by the humility and gentleness of Christ, I who in your presence am lowly among you, but being absent am bold toward you. ² Yes, I beg you that I may not, when present, show courage with the confidence with which I intend to be bold against some, who consider us to be walking according to the flesh. ³ For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; ⁴ for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, ⁵ throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, ⁶ and being in readiness to avenge all disobedience when your obedience is made full,”   2 Corinthians 10:1-6.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.  Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.  Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased.  She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL.  In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries.  Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
