Was Abraham Saved by Faith or by Works? — 1 Comment

  1. The “works” we do, which most often are invisible to the public and therefore rarely or never got “man’s approval” can only be done IF we do it by first hearing the command or calling.

Abraham “heard” the voice of the Father.
There is an Holy order and divine Law in God’s House which cannot be broken without eternal consequenses because God spoke before He “wrote”, that is why The Lord says “My sheep hear My voice” and not “My sheep can read My Bible”.

He also says “many are called but few are chosen” which refers to that only few inside God’s house are chosen by Him to do the “works” they do (preaching, teaching, prophecying etc), the rest (the many) are also called, but they are not chosen by Him, but they have chosen themselves or their congregatiin have chosen them, they are those who works iniquity and apart from the “Law of the life in Christ Jesus”.
This is the main reason why Judgment is first on God’s own house.

“And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you (you did not hear My voice command you to do what you’ve done or preach/teach what you have preached) depart from me, ye that work iniquity
    Matt. 7:23

One of the schemes of the enemy is to convince the believer that they must “do something” because the Bible says so. The enemy never says “you cannot do anything for the Kingdom of God if you not first hear the Father command you”.
It is extremely important for the believers to be aware of this.
