  1. That is SO good, Mark I love to read your comments because you always supply the word of God with understanding of the principles we must apply and live by and of course, judge prophecy. Thank you for engaging ..we are family. Thanks to Chris for rightly dividing the word and prophetically releasing the heart of the Father. Blessings, Sandi Holman

  2. A revival, like all processes, may retrospectively be viewed as a number of stages, but the word “waves” implies that it must ebb and flow like like the waves of the sea, which owes more to recent charismatic assumptions.

I think the charismatic part of the church needs to be aware also of the concept and the possibility of a false revival. I believe there will also be a true revival, but this must consist of a preaching of the true and full gospel – a preaching of the judgement to come to all who do not truly repent nor have an enduring faith in Christ. The first stage will indeed be to those in the church whose assurance of salvation, sadly, is false. The second stage will be to those outside the church who have never known their need of salvation.  My thinking is based on a principle I see at work in the book of Acts: the gospel was first preached in the synagogues to the Jews, who thought they belonged to God, and secondly to the Gentiles who had never had a conception of the true God.
