Got Milk? More Important — do We have Jesus?
Today, let’s talk about our ‘to do list‘ and our ‘to buy list‘.
I personally use one, and function better if I write things down.
It is so easy to leave something off for me, if I don’t record it.
Still many have a to do list, or a (to buy list) in their mind and can readily recall without a memory jogger. That’s fine too.
My point is either way, what is important for us in life, never to forget?
In a spiritual sense, we need to think Jesus, let Jesus be on the tables of our heart everyday!
Some may think Christians are fanatical to live and breathe and talk the Lord.
What does the Word of God say?
“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.” Luke 6:45.
Let me clarify please here though. I am not talking about a Pharisaical religious spirit of all talk, but Love in action.
How many of us goes to a sports game, concert or super event and yell and scream our heads off? Everyone gets excited!
So why can’t we get excited, too about our King of kings and Lord of lords?
So you say everything is crashing in this world we are living in! We are at the very end of time!
True but where should our focus always be? It should be on our God Jehovah who never slumbers or sleeps. He will see us through all things!
This is not our eternal home. We must remember, we are just passing through.
Closing with some scriptures and a song. Don’t forget to play the song. Smile!
God bless you.
“Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;” Psalm 46:2.
“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18.
