Will you obey…. If He talked to you?

If God spoke to you….  would you do what He said do?

Or… Would you argue with Him?

Many today want God to speak to them, but, what they really want God to do is agree with their ideas.

Perhaps they really think they know what to do, but just want god the help them do it. What if what they know… Is not the way God wants?

Many ask with the wrong motive…  They listen and receive not, because they are asking amiss [wrong motives], they seek to satisfy them selves or consume it upon their own lusts.

“From whence come wars and fightings among you?  Come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts,”   James 4:1-3.

So. If you ask God, be ready to do all he says do without question, praise him for his words to you, and celebrate them….

Or else you will be in the wrong hart and motive.
