I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is the TRUE LIGHT which gives LIGHT to Everyone entering the World.
  He dwelt among men; He was in the World – the World came to be through Him – yet the WORLD DID NOT KNOW HIM.
  He came to His own Homeland, yet His own People DID NOT RECEIVE HIM.
• I decree and declare to you and ALL WHO TRUST IN CHRIST/ MESSIAH, He gives the RIGHT to become Children of God, not because of Bloodline, physical impulse or Human intention, but BECAUSE OF GOD!
  God DRAWS those who will TRUST unto Himself.
• I declare the WORD became a Human Being and LIVED with us, and we saw HIS SHEKINAH GLORY, the SHEKINAH GLORY of the Father’s ONLY SON, FULL OF GRACE and TRUTH!
• I decree and declare I have heard the report about You, Lord/ Adonai; I AM AWED by Your DEEDS.
  You are bringing YOUR WORK to LIFE in our own AGE, making it KNOWN in our own TIME!
• I declare Lord, Your SPLENDOR covers the Sky, and Your PRAISE fills the earth.
  Your BRIGHTNESS is like the Sun, RAYS come forth from Your Hand – this is where Your POWER is concealed.
• I decree and declare you who are LED BY GOD’S SPIRIT are His sons and daughters.
  The Spirit Himself BEARS WITNESS with our own spirits that WE ARE CHILDREN OF GOD, JOINT HEIRS, heirs of God and JOINT HEIRS with Christ/ Messiah – provided we are SUFFERING with Him in order also to be GLORIFIED with Him!
• I decree and declare God is REVEALING His GLORY to us MORE EACH DAY.
  The Creation has been waiting for the SONS OF GOD to be REVEALED, for the Creation was made subject to frustration, but it was given a RELIABLE HOPE that it too would be SET FREE from its bondage to decay and would ENJOY the FREEDOM accompanying the GLORY THAT GOD’S CHILDREN HAVE!
• I decree and declare we who TRUST and are FAITHFUL are POSITIONED for Holy Spirit to WORK in us by His POWER.
  It is in this UNITY that we CONFIDENTLY EXPECT our HOPE of being TRANSFORMED by HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS – by HIS GLORY!
• I decree and declare all who turn to the Lord, Holy Spirit/ Adonai, Ruach HaKodesh, have the VEIL removed and LIVE in FREEDOM.
  So ALL OF US, with Faces unveiled, SEE as in a Mirror the GLORY OF THE LORD; and we are being CHANGED INTO HIS VERY IMAGE, from one degree of GLORY to the next, by the Lord the Spirit/ Adonai Ruach!
• I decree and declare you are growing POWERFUL in UNION with the Lord/ Adonai, in UNION with His MIGHTY STRENGTH!
  You diligently use ALL the Armor and Weaponry that God PROVIDES, so that you are able to STAND AGAINST the deceptive tactics of the Adversary.
  When the evil day comes, you will be able to RESIST; and when the battle is WON, you will still be STANDING!
• I decree and declare you have the Belt of TRUTH buckled around your waist, with RIGHTEOUSNESS for a Breastplate, and your feet shod with READINESS that comes from the GOOD NEWS of Peace/ Shalom.
  YOU ALWAYS CARRY the Shield of TRUST, with which you are able to EXTINGUISH all the flaming arrows of the Evil One. You take the Helmet of DELIVERANCE, along with the Sword given by the Spirit/ Ruach, that is, the Word of God!
• I decree and declare YOU PRAY AT ALL TIMES, with all kinds of Prayers and Requests, in the Spirit/Ruach, VIGILANTLY and PERSISTENTLY, for all God’s People!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it.  Amen!

“⁹ There was the true Light which, coming into the world, enlightens every man. ¹⁰ He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. ¹¹ He came to His own, and those who were His own did not receive Him. ¹² But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, ¹³ who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
¹⁴ And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth,”   John 1:9-14.

“² Lord, I have heard the report about You and I fear. O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember mercy.
³ God comes from Teman, and the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah. His splendor covers the heavens, and the earth is full of His praise. ⁴ His radiance is like the sunlight; He has rays flashing from His hand, and there is the hiding of His power. ⁵ Before Him goes pestilence, and plague comes after Him. ⁶ He stood and surveyed the earth; He looked and startled the nations. Yes, the perpetual mountains were shattered, the ancient hills collapsed. His ways are everlasting,”   Habakkuk 3:2-6.

“¹⁴ For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. ¹⁵ For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!” ¹⁶ The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, ¹⁷ and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.
¹⁸ For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us. ¹⁹ For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. ²⁰ For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope ²¹ that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. ²² For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. ²³ And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body ⁴ For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees? ²⁵ But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it,”   Romans 8:14-25.

“⁵ For we through the Spirit, by faith, are waiting for the hope of righteousness. ⁶ For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything, but faith working through love,”   Galatians 5:5-6.

“¹⁶ but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. ¹⁷ Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. ¹⁸ But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit,”   2 Corinthians 3:16-18.

“¹⁰ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. ¹¹ Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. ¹² For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. ¹³ Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. ¹⁴ Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ¹⁵ and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; ¹⁶ in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. ¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
¹⁸ With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,”   Ephesians 6:10-18.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.  Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.  Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased.  She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL.  In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries.  Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
