Proper descriptions of a Seer who sees, or wants to see sustained and detailed visions, is one who function in the Ra’ah Dimension.

The Ra’ah Dimension is different from other seer categories in that this particular individual dissect spiritual matters to guide, LOCATE spiritually and to teach.

The Ra’ah …. Visions..

The word “Raah” — used as a VERB Meaning:

• To see DISCERNINGLY.
• o Distinguish,
• To Observe,
• To give attention to,
• To look upon,
• To Dissect,
• To keenly observe.

Effects of Ra’ah :

• When you keenly observe you will see details.
• Increase the revelation/ interpretation base.
• You see one thing but you concentrate on the details like colour, shape and use.
• Usually more unfolds as you gaze.
• Ra’ah implies the code of gazing.

:Uzziah was sixteen years old when he became king, and he reigned fifty-two years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Jecholiah of Jerusalem. And he did what was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father Amaziah had done. He sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the [c]visions of God; and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him prosper.” 2 Chronicles 26:3-5.

The word “Visions” there is the Word Ra’ah i.e. to see discerningly.

Zechariah operated in the Ra’ah, enabling King Uzziah to learn the ways of God from his insight on the law and visionary revelations.

Conclusion

1. Whoever function in Ra’ah Dimension has ability to guide and instruct so he can lead the people into the fear of God and solutions.
2. He speaks instructions from the visions. Most PROPHETIC teachers operate in Ra’ah Dimensions.

• You can only function in what you have knowledge.
• You can only function in what you embrace.
• You can’t fight it and desire it.
• Everyone can see Visions and Prophesy.
• But not everyone actually a prophet.
• Faith is needed … and you already have faith we call it the measure of Faith which is the kind of faith a believer need for every function.
• Prophecy is one of believer’s function.
• We grow in the knowledge, not in faith.
• To the degree you know is the degree function.
• That is why today you can only prophesy to the proportion of your faith.
• Break the prophetic ignorance and begin life of seeing Visions.
