“A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger. The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness,” Proverbs 15:1-2.

In Genesis the first introduction of words in the was when God spoke.

“And God said, Let there be light: and there was light,” Genesis 1:3 KJV.

This is the first instance we realize that God is able to speak and He speaks purposely to Create.

We see the principle of Words as a “Creative Tool,” so Words are not just for communication.

Words are creative force in realms of men, if used correctly.

Jesus said that, “The words I speak are spirit and life…” John 6:63.

Every Word goes forth as Spirit. It is up to the author to decide the kind of spirit he wants to convey in the Word, whether it will create life or death.

The Word of God is life and creates life the words of Satan bring death, destruction and steal what belongs to God’s Children.

Believers need to understand word technology and apply good-seed -good- fruit and bad-seed-bad-fruit principle. The Word, is the seed.

“The LORD GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.” Isaiah 50:4 KJV.

Every idle word that you speak you shall give account.

“But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment.” Matthew 12:36.

And that is why you should pray to have the tongue of the learned.

The learned create life to the weary and speak by the knowledge of the season word that need to be applied on that occasion.

Wise Words have a place, time and right audience.

“The tongue of the wise commends knowledge, but the mouths of fools pour out folly.” Proverbs 14:15 ESV.

When this kind of tongue is used, knowledge is dispensed and people are edified.

One of communication technique is “Active Listening.” It is when we let the speaker finish their thoughts, without formulating your response or making quick judgments, and both the speaker and the listener show genuine interest, not to respond reactively, but listen to understand then proactively engage.

In most communications, the parties stalemate if the conversation is about who wins and who doesn’t and a communication that is not based on inner reflections, will not bring out the best from the goal of communication.

Remember that Words are spirit and the spirit is a creative agent.

A soft answer turns away wrath. That soft answer creates and maintain an atmosphere of peace.

It is talking manners to speak softly. One way of communicating softly, is avoiding the temptation of answering a question with a question, when you realize tension is already heating up in the conversation.

Particularly in marriage, a partner may interpret an answer with an answer as arrogance. This kind of question only worsens the communication.

Learn to turn away anger by soft answers.

Communication is the first thing to go out the window, when relationships (any kind of relationship) face challenges, and communication is the first thing that returns, when relationship is in the process of restoration.

Don’t allow a foolish tongue to deconstruct a relationship. Think before you speak, as you will most likely involuntarily act, what you say. Words translate into actions.

Words create money. Words create Destinies. Words create emotions.

Work on your Words, to align your Destiny.

Angels respond to the Words spoken in Faith.

Words end in fruit….

That is why you must describe the image you want to illustrate correctly and with accuracy.

People don’t know your ideas, until you convey your ideas in Words.

People accommodate you by Words you speak.

Your Words will announce you, before your arrival!

Words give access.

But words, Words can kill!

Words can frustrate a Destiny.

Words can bring down a life time effort.

Prayer

Let the meditations of my heart and the Words of my tongue be pleasing to you oh LORD. (Psalm 19:14). Amen.
