1. God wants to shepherd you — not just to inform you!

“My sheep listen to My Voice; I know them, and they follow me.” (John 10:27) not just to speak.

The LORD’s ultimate goal is to lead.

2. You might not have acted on a previous Word you received from Him.

Previous obedience to a Word received, activates more from Him.

You might have stopped your “more”.

3. God lives in the eternal realm.

The eternal controls the natural. The LORD wants you to live with an eternal perspective.

You could be asking for bread — yet right now, God want to transform you inwardly.

4. You Already Know What to Do

Even without a specific Word from The LORD, chances are, you already know what to do .

“And ye have an anointing from the Holy One, and ye know all things.” 1 John 2:20.

5. The LORD is waiting on you to choose your Word for the Year.

Choose your Word from The LOGOS [The Bible] and commit it to God.

6. The LORD sometimes bypasses the usual Methods used by Him to speak to you.

7. You have the entire Bible.

We already have the entire Word of God that speaks to us each and every day.

8. Sensitivity is key in receiving from God.

If you are not sensitive, it may seem to you He is not speaking, when He does.

9. God has no “speaking time,” as to when He speaks.

But there are practices to activate His Voice. You could begin with prolonged fasting.

10. The LORD would not want you scared or get you over excited of the wonders He has in store for you down the road.

The LORD may restrain, if He knows you may emotionally lose balance and miss out the point on the bigger picture.

God may not tell you of the loses that are to come.

11. The LORD wants you to come to the experience of taking giants out of your life — one by one, step by step.

This means moments of silence.

12. There are times God only invites.

Most of The LORD’s invitations are silent, like when Elijah placed his cloak upon Elisha that was away of telling Elisha to follow Elijah.

But no word was spoken to indicate this intention. (1 Kings 19:19)
