Seek a Friend Before You Need a Friend
Seek a friend before you nee a friend — don’t wait till you need God before you seek God!
Some things cannot be built properly in panic.
Friendship, covenant, trust, and intimacy are meant to be cultivated before the storm, not only when life starts falling apart.
God is merciful and He hears the cry of the desperate, but He is calling us higher than emergency devotion.
Learn His Voice in peace, so you know His leading in war.
Build prayer before the battle.
Seek His Presence before pressure teaches you what neglect has cost.
“Seek ye The LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near,” Isaiah 55:6.
“Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee” Job 22:21.
Do not let desperation be the first thing that teaches you to seek God.
