We Need An Awakening!
In a confused and corrupt world our only comfort is knowing that Our God reigns and is on His Throne.
“God reigns over the nations; God sits on His Holy Throne.” Psalm 47:8.
In a world where darkness and gloom hold sway, we, Your children Father God, call upon the Light! “Let there be Light”! You are the Eternal Light!
The people are rumbling, nature is collapsing, but instead of bending our knees, we are murmuring against the very One who alone can help us!
LORD, Your children too, have lost hope. Rekindle the smouldering wicks and awaken the sleeping ones.
Father, we have forgotten that this world is dominated by Satan and that our task is to trample upon the lands and reconquer them for You.
We read Your Word but do not carry it out.
God, You are removed from a stiff-necked and unrepentant people.
Today is a time to be silent before God and fast from ourselves, because with our ideas and our words, we are polluting The House of God.
We say we speak on behalf of God, but we do not show His Mercy.
God still speaks and will speak again… but He wants a Remnant to stand in the gap for the salvation of souls, and to plead in earnest before God even for a single soul.
Are we willing to deny ourselves to reveal Him alone?
Work among Your children, Father.
Prayer
Oh Eternal One,
Can we ever understand your heartbreak, seeing those for whom Your beloved Son sacrificed himself, behave in such a way?
LORD, we need an individual awakening, where each of us stands before You and allows Your purifying work within our hearts, eradicating everything that obstructs the flow of Your Holy Spirit.
Father, we, first and foremost, those who claim to be Your children, need an awakening.
Awaken goodness in us.
Awaken truth in us.
Awaken patience in us.
Awaken mercy in us.
Awaken gentleness in us.
Awaken joy in us.
Awaken charity in us.
Awaken compassion in us.
Awaken consecration in us.
Awaken LOVE in us.
Behold, You are the One who lives, acts, walks, works, heals, liberates, embraces, and loves through each of us.
Abba, Father, we want to look in the mirror and see Your Face reflected in us.
If left unto ourselves, we are useless servants, but if guided and used by You, we become Your help, fit to manifest Your mercy in this world.
“Let us therefore approach The Throne of Grace with confidence, that we may receive Mercy and find Grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16.
“Who is a God like you, taking away iniquity and forgiving the sin of the remnant of his inheritance, who does not retain anger forever, but delights in showing mercy?” Micah 7:18.
Seek out the weary.
Seek out the broken.
Seek out the desperate.
Seek out the discouraged.
Seek out the abandoned.
Seek out all of us who have barricaded ourselves behind our “theories” and abandoned the sound and holy doctrine of Christ.
Make us humble enough to admit that we have made mistakes and need You!
The Call serves to direct others to Christ, not to make them stop at us.
We are road signs that point to the One who will truly care and comfort them.
LORD, grant us only a holy burden so we can pray for these ones and see them safe in Your arms of love.
Illuminate our path with Your radiant presence and abide near to us because evening is falling.
In the name of our Savior and Beloved Redeemer, Jesus Christ
We pray.
Amen and Amen!

Thank you dear Tecla Grazia. I am praying this prayer for myself and for the body of Christ; I’m also sharing it with my few contacts.
May the LORD continue to grace you and pour out His peace upon you and your family.
