Rain

I just heard The LORD say, “Just as the earth needs watering so that life can continue and crops can grow, so The Church needs My Latter Rains of Renewal and Revival — so that life can continue and the harvest can be brought in in due season.”
This seems so obvious to so many, yet, with ‘a cloud as big as a mans hand’ very much in sight of so many, the imminence of revival is either being ignored or blocked.
Can we block a sovereign move of God?
Yes, I believe that not only can we block it, in many Churches we are actively blocking it by our obdurate and wilful rebellion against The Holy Spirits urging and leading.
He, The Holy Spirit, being a gentleman, is withdrawing or, at very least, no longer revealing His presence among us.
Hear now what I believe the Spirit is saying to The Churches.
“I have sent Refreshing, Renewing, Reviving Rain to My Church.
The Clouds of Rain are on their way, yet you are not ready.
You listen to all kinds of distraction that diverts you away from the path to which I AM guiding you.
If only you could know what I have planned and awaiting you.
If only you could imagine what My Presence will bring to you.
Eye has not seen, nor ear heard what The Spirit is bringing to My People.
As Elijah stayed one step ahead of the King as he fled before the cloud bringing rain, so My Church must stay one step ahead of the Enemy as he too tries to kill and destroy revival before it is born.
Repent your apathy, the Laodicean way to the Spirit, and follow His lead as He guides you into revival.
I AM about to come to your meetings and outreaches in such power as you cannot imagine, with such miracles as you have never witnessed, and with such love as will melt the stoniest heart towards Me.”
The time is NOW for the Kingdom of God truly is at hand.
It Starts To Rain
“Elijah told Ahab, “Get something to eat and drink. I hear a heavy rain coming.”
Ahab left, but Elijah climbed back to the top of Mount Carmel. Then he stooped down with his face almost to the ground and said to his servant, “Look toward the sea.”
The servant left. And when he came back, he said, “I looked, but I didn’t see anything.” Elijah told him to look seven more times. After the seventh time the servant replied, “I see a small cloud coming this way. But it’s no bigger than a fist.”
Elijah told him, “Tell Ahab to get his chariot ready and start home now. Otherwise, the rain will stop him.”
A few minutes later, it got very cloudy and windy, and rain started pouring down. So Elijah wrapped his coat around himself, and The LORD gave him strength to run all the way to Jezreel. Ahab followed in his chariot.” 1 Kings 17:41-46.

Chris Bennett came to salvation in 1962 but didn’t begin ministry until 2007 — a late-comer! Now mandated by The LORD to prophesy and open old wells of revival in the U.K., but especially in Wales. He has also operated Healing Rooms, and worked with deliverance teams, all with his wife, Linda. Happily now doing whatever The LORD asks of them! Lord, please help me to be consistent in coming into Your presence, in Jesus Name Amen.
Blessings to you Chris.
