A Prayer of Surrender
Abba, Father, it is only to You that we raise our arms in surrender because we desire that Your Love possess us completely.
Fill us with Yourself, because only Your explosive presence satisfies our souls.
Abba, for too long have we contended with You.
But LORD, we want to surrender and leave to You the guidance of these bodies, which, under Your LORDship, can bear fruit and bear, “some thirty, some sixty, some a hundred,” according to how much we allow You to reign in our lives.
LORD, come and work through us.
Work in the hearts and minds of our families.
LORD, too often, they are those who sadden and overwhelm our hearts.
You our Beloved, Resurrected Yeshua who entered through locked doors, enter these petrified hearts and resurrect them to new life.
We are aware that the vicissitudes of this life leave a bitter taste in our mouths, but if we decree that everything works for the good of your children, then even what appears negative takes on a positive aspect with You, with a different life-giving possibility all together.
Father, we realize that we are still little children, while You desire adults in faith who would act in Your Name.
LORD, there are traits that we would like to definitively lay at Your feet and leave there forever, but sometimes we find them with us again and again and the disharmony continues.
Give us Your Faith, Father, because this up-and-down life only brings us despair, anguish, and suffering.
Empty these hearts of everything, yes, absolutely everything that separates us from You. May what prevents us from being free come to light today.
We have already dragged ourselves for too long with burdens that we should have laid aside a long time ago.
Today is the day of our definitive emptying.
Empty us of ourselves but fill us with You, let us overflow with your Presence
Silence the flesh within us.
Make our spirits strong In You.
Through Christ Jesus our LORD!
Amen.
Take the Authority Given to us in Christ our LORD
We, the Children of the Living God, must believe that Christ died not only for our salvation but also to heal us from every disease and infirmity.
We must also understand that many illnesses come from spirits we have given birth to over the years and that are comfortably hidden within us.
And also that many illnesses are generational in origin, and we are the ones who, by taking authority, stop them so that they cannot be passed on to future generations.
God wants to use us within our own bodies; they serve us not for fashion shows or any other prideful thing, but to serve the Most High God.
We absolutely must awaken from this stupor in which the enemy keeps us, making us believe that everything is normal.
For the world it is, but for the children of the Almighty God it is NOT.
Let us take back what the enemy has stolen from us, starting with our bodies, temples of the Eternal LORD.
If you believe that God wants to see us suffer, you have not understood the message of the Cross; please return there..to Calvary.
We must not wallow in pain believing that this will please God more for God loves a resolute people who take the authority given to them and put it into action.
Wrestling With My Thoughts — Let Me Come to Calvary and There Rest in My LORD.
Take me up there, to Calvary, to the Cross with Yeshua, in those last moments of His earthly life.
Let me look through His eyes at His detractors, accusers, mockers and slanderers, to learn to forgive my own.
LORD Jesus, how could you resist so many insults, blasphemies, and slanders?
Teach us “why”, if they did all this to the “green wood”, what will they do to the “dry wood”?
“The ending doesn’t belong to those who plot in the shadows, but to God who governs the story.” (Davide Galassi)
