God has this election in the palm of his hand.
I know many are praying for the upcoming election and who will be put in office to lead our country. Like many others as well, I have been praying diligently for God to have His way.
Last night, as I was praying, God gave me a word about the election. Sometimes we overlook small details about the government of our nation and how, most especially, the election process works.
Even though we think we, as the citizens of the United States of America, are the ones who vote a President into office, that simply is not the whole truth.
If we were to review our grade school civics class (not sure that it is even taught any more), we would remember there is another layer in the election process…….. that of the Electoral College.
In a nutshell, each state has a representative per capata in ratio to the population. They are the ones to have the final vote. But the most alarming fact is, there are powerful people operating in secret places with secret agendas to put the person in office whom they can control and manipulate to their advantage.
In most cases, the person doesn’t even know that’s happening. What God spoke to me last night is very important and He told me the very words He used to describe the outcome of the election will be spoken in the public media. None of them know me, so someone can’t say I told them.
God said the outcome of who is going to be President is similar to the way of salvation. The road for those seeking to make it to the White House is wide and many are trying to find it. But for the ONE that makes it, the road will be very narrow and when God makes the way clear for the right person to get into the White House, it will be “as if a camel has gone through the eye of a needle”, according to the Word of the Lord as He spoke it to me.
The way is going to look so impossible, that many will lose heart. But this is the phrase that will be spoken in the media to describe the slim margin of who becomes President, as well as who even wins the nomination.
I am only a servant of God. May His Great Name and Glory be exalted. Jesus is Lord.
