America: No Salvation Without Repentance!
One of the greatest failures of The Church in America is that too many pastors have tried to build their Ministries with a feel-good message, rather than a message that convicts people of their sin.
I’ve heard it said from the Pulpit that we don’t want anyone to feel bad about themselves, so we try to keep a positive message.
I’m all for being positive, but not at the expense of The Truth!
We have lost The Fear of The LORD and have made a god of our own understanding, but this is a false image and it’s called idolatry.
Because it still allows people to believe a lie, that they can live according to whatever they feel or justify to be right in their own eyes.
This is not The Gospel Message. It is self deception. God is gracious and merciful, but there is no salvation without repentance.
Repentance has always been and always will be a prerequisite to Salvation.
Repentance means a conviction of a need to change.
It is not enough to just simply say you believe in God. Real Faith that pleases God requires us to leave our old behaviors behind, to cut them off, and allow The Holy Spirit to remake us from the inside.
It is to learn love, humility, service and sacrifice.
Your heart will not have peace with God unless you are born again, because your soul will testify against you.
Your soul will bear the anxiety until it has an answer of peace regarding your eternal destiny.
Man cannot enter Heaven in a spiritually dead state. He must be born again to have spiritual life.
Jesus said in John 3,
“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3.
God did not come to make sinful man better. He came to raise dead men to new life.
New birth is a necessity for Salvation.
This is a fulfillment of what is written in Ezekiel 36 which says,
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36:26.
A heart of stone means a heart that is insensitive and stubborn to change and submit to God.
Salvation is possible for every person who truly calls on the name of The LORD and accepts the guilt of their sin, to understand that we all have failed to live in holiness and cannot remove the penalties that our sins deserve, which is eternal Judgement.
The only thing that can remove the penalty which we deserve, is The Blood of a holy God Who died in our place in exchange for our sin.
Jesus paid the price with his life that we might live.
God is faithful and just to forgive us of our sin and to cleanse us of all unrighteousness.
The key is truly understanding that no one can continue to live the same way they’ve always lived.
You cannot be cleansed from your unrighteousness unless you confess it to God.
The beauty of The Gospel Message is that:
“God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. He who believes in him is not condemned but he who does not believe is condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten son of God.” John 3:116-18.
Jesus Christ is the only God among all the other gods that are named, Who gave His life for our sin, so that we might have eternal life and be reconnected with our Heavenly Father.
The Blood of Jesus Christ is so potent that it separates us from our sin, and when our Heavenly Father sees us, He sees us through the lens of The Shed Blood of Jesus on our behalf.
He no longer sees our sin. He sees us as His Child.
All you have to do is pray and believe in the gift that He has made available!

Yes – and Amen.
It’s not just the churches in America that have a problem…. it’s all churches. God has been calling for repentance and change. Judgement us coming!
The truth is Americas version of the good news is what has infected the whole world.
If the problem was fixed here the whole world would benefit. And some believe if the problem here was wiped out that would also benefit the whole world.
Let’s believe Gods judgement here will be enough to change things history says other wise. I guess God looks for the root of a problem and address it.
The only problem with sin in America is the church looks at sinners and thinks they are the problem Gods looks at the church and says why don’t you demonstrate the truth.
If any instead of pointing at the sinner and saying repent. Hey don’t you know you have been set free and don’t need to sin no more? Most in the church are bound them selves unable to believe the truth.
Thank God for judgement, maybe this time it will take root.
For it is by grace you have been saved through and this is not form yourselves it is the gift of God not by works so that no one can boast.
The problem with the church in America is they don’t really believe this simple scripture and have to add stuff on.
I have been saved for forty plus years and the only thing I did was believe on this scripture and act as if it was true. Simple most don’t really believe Jesus when he said it was finished they are always tying things on sinners backs and not telling them all their sin have been forgiven and all they have to do is believe. Most churches in America promote sin not that it has been done away with. They have to keep them coming in to pay the bills. The gospel is supposed to be good news. Not Christ has done it all plus let me tie some extra burdens on your back. Like you have to repent what ever that means to who ever says it. I have never returned to my old way of life of course was not in a local church when I received the free gift of Gods love his son as my life. I did not need to repent what why would I want to go back that is the good news not the latest internet solution to the truth.
