Are YOU connected to the Branch?

Are you connected to the branch? (to the body of Christ).

This morning in prayer I heard God say the word, “Branches, and Bodies!”

Many are saying that they are connected to the Vine, but I heard God say that if you are connected to the Vine you should be bringing forth much fruit!  The reason that some of us are not bringing forth fruit is because you are not connected to the power source; which is God! (the Husbandman).

God is saying that it is not you that have chosen Me, but it was I that have chosen you.  He ordained you that you should bring forth fruit, and that you’re fruit should remain: that whatsoever you shall ask in His name, He will give it to you, saith The Lord! (John 15:16).

God is saying that many folks think that they called themselves and that they can do it by themselves and that they don’t need God or anybody else in the body of Christ.  But I hear God saying that you can’t make this journey all by yourself, and that you will need Him to direct you, to guide you, to train you in His army, against spiritual warfare!

I heard God asking this question in prayer:  “Are you connected to the Vine?”  God is saying that we need each other in the body of Christ and this is why He set some members in the body of Christ as it has pleased Him.  But many of the members are saying that I don’t need you, I can do it all by myself (a one-man show)!  Not so, saith The Lord!

We need each other in the body of Christ in order for each member of our body to work effectively in the body of Christ!

For example, the eye can not say that I have no need of you; nor can the head say the same to the feet!  No matter what your member (job) may be, and how small your job (members) may be in Christ, we all need each other in the body of Christ, saith The Lord, in order for the body to work effectively!

When we try to separate the members that are connected in the body of Christ, we are grieving God and we are causing schism (division) in the body of Christ!

When one member of the body suffers, we should all hurt!  When one member of the body is honored, we should all be honored!  What God is saying, is we should be so connected that all of us should feel the pain that other members are feeling!  This is the love that God is calling forth from His Vine, saith The Lord! (1 Corinthians 12: 18-26)

God is not looking for a one-many show in the church.  He is looking for His people to come together in order that souls are saved, delivered, and made whole in this hour, this season, and time, saith The Lord!

I heard God saying this morning:  “I AM grieved with the local and universal churches.”  We have caused schism in the body of Christ and the church is not growing and prospering as it should for it’s Groom!  It is the responsibility of the church to prepare His Bride for His Groom (Christ’s return) and we are failing to work together in the church as a team.  Instead, some of us are working against one another, causing all kind of trouble in the body of Christ!

I heard God saying that if we don’t abide in Him and His word does not abide in us, we will be like the branch that has withered away and we will be the branch that men gather, and cast away into the fire to be burned (John 15:6).

It is not too late for you to change, saith The Lord.  We don’t have to be a cast away!

God is saying that it is time to stop causing division in His body and it is time for us to come together instead of being disconnected in the Vine!

We need each other in the body of Christ!  It is time to get connected to both the Vine and the body of Christ, because God is waiting on you!  God is saying that this is not a one-man show and that we all need each member – each branch – in order to all learn how to work with other members of the body of Christ in order to defeat the enemy and to bring souls to Christ!
