Dear Saints,

I usually receive dreams of future events after The LORD leads me to specifically ask about what is coming in the future.

The LORD usually lays a specific request on my heart, and I pray to receive revelation concerning that specific coming event or situation.

This dream from 16 years ago was one such dream I received after specifically asking God in prayer about what was coming regarding future asteroids.

On May 15, 2004 I dreamt that my family, friends and I were in a large stone-paved area at night. We had just made our way down the steps of something like a courthouse with large stone pillars.

Suddenly we heard a deafening noise from a massive bell! The sound seemed to shake the very ground beneath us and my family started screaming in panic. But I told them it was “okay” because it would be another 20 minutes till the asteroids would hit.

However, 30 seconds after saying that, I looked up to my right and saw a dazzling display of a yellow asteroid shower. Everyone became silent in awe of the asteroids which seem to fill and light up the night sky.

The asteroids appeared as very bright yellow blobs encompassed by a similarly expansive yellow haze against the backdrop of the night sky. Two or three (best recollection is likely three) asteroids suddenly broke away from the rest of the pack. They were the biggest and brightest of the lot, and I watched them shoot down towards the earth.

After that I turned to my right and looked towards the horizon to what I instinctively knew to be China. Then I say, “Watch this,” and a nuclear missile soared in from the right on a downward path, and hit the ground.

When it hit, someone says, “That’s Hong Kong; it’s hit Hong Kong.” I knew the nuclear missile had definitely hit Hong Kong as well. My family, friends and I sleep out in the open that night.

Dream Notes —

The Hong Kong nuclear missile part of the dream seems particularly relevant considering recent China-Hong Kong relations.

China is becoming even more authoritarian in its rule over Hong Kong, and many Hong Kong people do not like it.

One possibility is that Hong Kong will rise up even more and take a stand against China at some point in the future, then China may respond with a small nuclear missile.

Another possibility is that the asteroids hitting the earth somehow cause a nuclear missile to malfunction and accidentally fire at Hong Kong. I believe that is the most likely scenario.

But however it happens, the main point is that Hong Kong is in danger from this event.

Please pray for the safety of Hong Kong and its residents.

Please also pray that Hong Kong will experience great revival and salvation.

Regarding the Asteroids —

In the past I have had similar dreams of asteroids heading to Earth and some actually hitting the earth. The dream above shows that an asteroid shower will most likely pass close by the earth.

It also shows that two or three will break away from the rest and head towards the earth. I did not see them directly hit the earth in the dream above, but that is one possible scenario.

Please pray that the earth will be protected from these asteroids in the future, and that the nations will see their clear need for Jesus and salvation.

The dream above should not make us wrongfully fearful, because God is His people’s protector and we can be hopeful, joyful and at peace in Him.

But the dream is a cause to make sure we are walking in obedience, serving Him, and redeeming the time (Ephesians 5:16).

The Bible says there will be signs in the heavens in the end times. These are likely signs that Jesus will be returning soon, and that is an encouraging thought which should motivate us to draw close to Him (James 4:8) and be joyful in hope and patient in affliction (Romans 12:12).

“There will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among the nations, bewildered by the roaring of the sea and the surging of the waves. Men will faint from fear and anxiety over what is coming upon the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to happen, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near,” Luke 21:25-28.

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor principalities, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord,” Romans 8:35-39.

“The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer. My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon The LORD, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies,” Psalm 18:2-3.

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for The LORD your God will be with you wherever you go,” Joshua 1:9.
