Boiled Eggs in Trash
I don’t often publish the Visions The LORD gives me.
Some I don’t fully understand, and some are personal to my life. Some are so strange I’m tempted to not record them.
Often while I am recording them, the meaning comes into focus — but some are clear in meaning and I believe this one is for The Body of Christ at this time!
In the early morning hours of January 27, 2024, I saw that I was taking some trash out of a box. It was a smallish box that had a couple other flattened boxes in it, and as I took the other two boxes out, I saw in the bottom of that box there were a few crumpled tissues, and two sandwich baggies with two boiled eggs each in them, which were peeled.
I momentarily wondered how they got there, but briefly thought, “They must be bad by now.”
End of Vision.
Generally, eggs are symbolic of promise and potential.
A box could be symbolic of our heart or something unpacked.
The flattened boxes could be answers to prayer we’ve already received.
Tissues are generally symbolic of mourning or grieving, cleansing and repentance.
Certainly, the battles have been fierce and The LORD has been cleansing His People.
Have we thrown out some of God’s Promises, because we thought they were too long in coming?
Perhaps we thought maybe the answer was “no” and tossed them out.
Have we forgotten prayers sealed in promise that we tossed in forgetfulness, because of the passage of time?
Are we so battle weary, that we’ve let go of our promises?
The eggs in the Vision were boiled and peeled: boiling purifies and solidifies them, and peeling makes them edible.
Perhaps we thought they went bad and threw them out. It may be time to look back on some past prayers, and promises of The LORD, and reclaim that which He has already laid up for us.
We may need to dig them out of the trash. God never forgets a single prayer or promise He makes in response to a prayer!
We are living in the time of Harvest, which means many seemingly unanswered prayers prayed in the past — will come to pass!
I believe it’s important to claim them! We may have forgotten or tossed them aside, but God never forgets!
God is Faithful and so very Good!

Declare : LORD, thank You for Your Goodness! You never forget what we’ve prayed, and there are many prayers we’ve prayed that we may have long since forgotten.
In Jesus Mighty Name, being sealed in the promise of Holy Spirit, we claim all that You have laid up for us – even forgotten prayers! Thank You for Your Faithfulness! (2 Corinthians 1:21-22)
May The LORD bless you with many answered prayers in this season!

It resonates so much with me because I have been in deep grief that a promise I’ve been waiting on has not come to pass and have been tempted to toss it out. But God has been speaking to me about not throwing away my confidence in Him away to fulfill it. 2024 feels like a very different year where many long standing promises for people will finally come to pass. Sorry to witter-on but I felt to post this.
So this word was hilariously (?) timely compared to something that happened to me yesterday. So I think on Telegram I saw Marietta’s heading Boiled Eggs in Trash but didn’t read the word straight away. Then around probably at a guess 1am Sunday UK time I felt hungry and prophetically and unusually I reached for a tin of tuna and put quite a lot of tuna in my mouth, then thought of the potential best before date and didn’t feel to swallow. Found the right pack of tins, tuna in mouth. Tried to figure out if June 2022 was the production date, decided correctly that it was the best before date and spat it in the bin. The wife likes her prepping (she got it from me but takes it to a new level) and we have been using up previous reserves. The wifey is not that interested in “best before” dates. So how do you make yourself biologically safe after that? Well I felt from God that it was totally fine but… Maybe you hold your nerve well, but I reached for the antibacterial red wine then listerine later. Anyway, I obviously became very interested in this word afterwards although I claim almost no revelation on it except that it made me feel better and kept me company, my wife being asleep. Thank you Marietta and Love. Haha.
