Does not the Word of God burn like fire in your bones or in your belly?

Does not the Word of God feel like a hammer that breaks all before it?

“‘Is not my word like fire,’ declares the Lord, ‘and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?'” Jeremiah 23:29.

Isn’t it true what Jeremiah 20 says,

“But if I say, ‘I will not mention his word or speak any more in his name, his word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot.’ ” Jeremiah 20:9.

Doesn’t your belly bubble with excitement at the thought or revival?

Doesn’t Lamentations 1 say,

” ‘From on high he sent fire, sent it down into my bones.’ ” Lamentations 1:13.

If it’s missing, ask for it — Luke 3,

“John answered, saying to all, “I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with The Holy Spirit and fire.” Luke 3:16.

Use the Word which brings fire to break walls of unbelief.

It’s time for the fire of God, for so long kept ‘safe’ and confined, to burst out of the chains that restrain it and flow over our land again.

It is time for us to be like Wesley and gather people around us to watch us burn for Him.

For Deuteronomy 4:24 says, ” For the Lord your God is a consuming fire. “

Isn’t it about time we started to burn for our God?

Isn’t it time we got ourselves on fire for Jesus and for His Kingdom?

Time to burn away the dross and cultivate the refined gold and silver that is our faith.

Time to BE Church rather than play Church!

Time to prepare and clear the runway of revival so that The Holy Spirit can land and do His work among us.

How many times must The LORD tell us before we believe Him — He is coming and bringing revival with Him.

Then — He will come in clouds for us!

AMEN and amen, come LORD Jesus, come!
