Part 1: Encounter His Love; Let your Soul find its Rest in Him

I heard from The LORD in whispers of His Love, as He led me into several ministry sessions of healing for fragmented and broken souls, His invitation to these precious but troubled souls, “Encounter My Love and let your soul find rest in Me…”

For some of them I cannot imagine the emotional, mental and physical pain that they have had to endure in their lifetime.

I sometimes feel so small and insignificant in coming alongside of them, but I never come in “alone” I know that I am absolutely resourced by the love, and living presence of my Savior and LORD Yeshua!

In each encounter I am confident in the power of His Mercy and Love to reach, touch and heal — and so I follow as His Holy Spirit leads in the process, seeking to bring these hurting and troubled ones into His presence so that they can begin to experience the completeness of His Love and Truth, and the power of His Name on their behalf.

Coming into the Names of God

In a couple of my ministry groups we have begun to delve more deeply into the Names of God, with a desire to experience the depth and empowerment of His unique Names for our own spirits, and souls, and also in each ministry situation and circumstance that we encounter.

There is an invitation from Father God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit to draw near, and “step into” the covering and provision of His Names….

One of the foundational teaching staples for me in this regard has been Marilyn Hickey’s book, “The Names of God”.

In her book, she unlocks 19 Names of God in the order that they are found in the Old Testament scriptures.

From “Elohim”, Sovereign, Mighty Creator to “Jehovah Eloheenu”, The LORD our God, she leads us in a clear, practical presentation of the Wonder and Might of His Names!

Jehovah Tsidkenu

Here I want to share a personal story that is “closer to home” for me of how the Holy Spirit and my loving LORD Jesus Christ spoke to me in a time of inner distress over a loved one who had spiritually lost their way and seemed headed to succumb to a path of their own destructions.

As I was in deep agony of soul one morning before Father, still lying on my bed, I heard the voice of Jesus speak to me, “I AM their Jehovah Tsidkenu!”

It was so crystal clear as I set my feet down on the floor, that it astonished me, and broke through the heaviness in my heart. I had to run to look it up in Marilyn’s book, as I wasn’t yet acquainted with the meaning.

Then The Holy Spirit spoke to my heart, emphasizing again, “Jesus is their perfect righteousness” I grabbed a hold of that truth and it immediately propelled me up and into “Hope” — chasing away the hopeless gloom that had blanketed my prayers with defeat!

I was in tearful, joyful wonderment at the perfect righteousness of Christ, and how He was having me shift my focus from off of the person’s broken and plundered state of soul, and instead, onto the perfect, powerful, matchless provision of God for their deliverance, healing and total salvation!

He drew me into the reality of this aspect of Himself as He drew me into the Name of “Jehovah Tsidkenu”, and that became the TRUTH that I stood upon, and the perspective of Hope that I held out for in Christ!

FAITH fully arose in me in that moment, and totally changed the course of my expectation and my prayers!

If I can bear testimony here, a little over a decade later, that precious life now knows the love and life of Christ personally, and deeply.

Our God is FAITHFUL and always true to His Word and His Name. The invitation is to come fully and completely into His Life and Love, and into each aspect of His provision for our lives as indicated in His wonderful Names.

Knowing and understanding the Names of God and His provision for His children through both the Word and these Names is a key factor in ministry that brings healing and freedom for individuals and fractured souls.

Following, the short Scripture and Prayer Audio, I want to provide some insight and beginning understanding for The Fragmented Soul, and the process of ministering healing.

Part 2 : Healing for Fractured Souls

Soul Fragmentation and the Spiritual Principles that Govern Inner Healing

So let’s begin here by coming to a mutual understanding of “soul” as distinct from the spirit of a human, and then proceed to a basic description of fragmentation of a soul.

Our soul is comprised of our mind, will and emotions. This forms the basis for expression of our personality.

When the soul is not functioning in wholeness and peace, or in alignment as a stable personality we can describe that soul as being broken, shattered, or fragmented.

We want to understand that as human beings we are made in the image of God and as such we are tripartite beings comprised of spirit, soul and body.

Each aspect of our being is governed by certain principles and truths that have been established by the Creator, YHWH, (Elohim).

Our spirit is the part of a human being that was designed to commune with God, but unless it is a regenerated spirit, it is unable to commune with God.

The heart, differentiated in scripture from the soul, is an almost subconscious aspect of our being, and is a bridge between soul and spirit.

It’s comprised of deep emotional imprints produced from significant emotional experiences that are either good or bad.

We were designed to have our spirits alive and responsive to God, leading our heart and soul in paths of righteousness, love and wholeness.

A healthy heart and soul in turn results in a body that is strong, and free of disease and malady.

This God who created us and this divine order for our being is also a “three in one being”, “Elohim”, comprised of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Their design for humanity was to create living beings in their own image who would enjoy wholeness, love, peace, and joy in a vital living relationship with the Triune God, replicating this experience in others.

But if we look at the general state of humanity across the globe we do not see these qualities of goodness and love reflected in humanity and human engagement at large.

In fact, in our societies, we see an unprecedented evil and malice between people as never before in the history of mankind.

So what has happened? Where did this breach of spirit occur, and what were the implications for the human soul and humanity?

We need to look all the way back to the beginning of time and the first people created by YHWH, “Adam and Eve” for the answers.

It was there in the Garden of Eden that Adam and Eve made the fatal decision to break covenant with God, plunging humanity into a contract with sin and the “evil opposer” of all that is good.

Souls plunged into “orphan-hood”

In the Garden, when Adam and Eve chose to disobey God’s clear command, the spirits of human beings were breached and humanity fell short of the Glory of God.

This means that the original glory intended for us to commune with God through our spirit was no longer available in the human experience because of sin separation.

Our souls were plunged into an orphan state of being, having to fend for ourselves apart from our Creator, out from under the covering love of our Father God.

The soul without Father at the helm must then “look out for itself”and seeks above all else to do so…

It’s with this self-protective, self-seeking mindset and heartset that we see all kinds of evil perpetuated from the human soul.

No longer is there a simple pursuit of genuine love, belonging, and meaning, but a self-serving preservation and vanity of soul takes over, bringing with it, a lust for self gratification, power and pleasure and a drivenness to pursue life without even acknowledging Elohim as Creator.

This perpetuates a sin-sickness of heart both in individual human souls and in humanity at large, giving way to unprecedented evil doings in the name of “self- fulfillment and self-gratification.”

The Rescue — Yeshua

Knowing that we would need a rescue from this state of sin sickness, and separation from God, YHWH, from before the foundations of time, put into action a plan of a perfect sacrifice and payment for our sin.

His answer was in the sacrifice of His one and only unique Son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Yeshua. He was and is fully God and fully man, came as a human, born of a virgin as the scriptures testify, living a perfect, sinless life and then suffered a cruel death on the Cross.

He did this on behalf of each one of us, to make the full and complete payment for our redemption, restoring us back to God.

As both fully God and fully man, He buried the power of that sin through His own death and burial and then rose victorious breaking the power of sin’s hold over us.

Now every person who receives Christ as Lord and that perfect sacrifice as full and complete payment for their sin is born from on high in their spirit, and can come into a living relationship and communion with The LORD Jesus Christ and the entire Godhead through their spirit.

This is the beginning of the path into Life, wholeness and healing as our soul renewed to the Word by the Spirit learns to let our “regenerated spirit” lead.

Soul Fracturing — legal enemy rights

So in light of this, how does a soul become harmed or fractured?

And how do we fully reconcile a wounded, broken and fragmented soul to the original intention of God, bringing it into alignment with a strong spirit led by the Holy Spirit of God?

We want to establish understanding at this point for the legal right that the enemy has to fracture a human soul.

We have ascertained that humans are tripartite beings created in the image of God comprised of three distinct parts, “spirit, soul and body.”

Humanity functions through relationships. In a “nutshell”, Healthy relationships produce healthy and robust souls, while unhealthy relationships produce harm and disfunction in the human soul.

Basic harm can come from overly dominant or negligent parents or primary caregivers. Fragmentation can be produced in a soul at a very young age as a coping mechanism of “self-protection and dissociation” when the conditions escalate to severe emotional, verbal, or physical abuse.

The greatest binding contract entrapping the soul though is through illicit physical encounters. S*x, while it looks to be primarily a physical interaction is actually a contract made with the human soul.

Every time someone’s nakedness is uncovered in an ungodly transaction, or intimate physical relations are engaged in outside of a marriage covenant, there is a legal contract made between the soul of that person and the spirits of darkness.

Parts of the soul, the conscious, layers of personality, components of mental stability, and strength of will are depleted, separated out and stolen from the person involved, attaching to the physical partners, while their own soul is attached to personality fragments and character traits of the partners.

Through this illicit visual or physical engagement, the enemy has a legal right to “tag you”in any component of your spirit, soul and body.

He begins the process of capturing, and “imprisoning” aspects of your soul- nature and being.

The enemy then establishes in your core, evil spirits of insecurity, inferiority who destabilize a person’s “core soul being”.

The enemy further fastens uncontrollable urges, compulsions, and physical addictions, causing you to come into agreement with other spirits that negatively change your personality.

Things like control, manipulation, deceit, anxiety and fear take up residence inside your soul.

The Path to Wholeness

The pathway to wholeness is found in the One, Yeshua. He alone has the legal authority, power, and might to deliver you from the strongmen who have taken parts of your soul captive.

This involves a process of inner healing, releasing forgiveness for those who have betrayed, used and abused you, but also a deep repentance for your part, acknowledgement of sin and then reconciliation to God’s ways.

Led by the Holy Spirit, we come to Yeshua and ask to be cleansed, freed and made whole…

His desire for us is that all that has been lost, broken and stolen in our soul would be brought back into His wholeness and peace.

We ask Father God to annul the covenants formed with each illicit visual and physical contact.

Father looks to the perfect, complete provision of the Blood of Yeshua. Seeing us covered completely in that sacrifice, He rules in our favor allowing the Covenant of The LORD Jesus Christ to testify on our behalf.

Through The Holy Spirit, The LORD takes us into the experience of His deep, healing love bringing us into wholeness, restoring the fabric and function of our soul.

Yeshua’s Victory: Taking captivity captive!

There is Hope Beloved One, regardless of your past and where you have been, reach for Yeshua today.

The Shepherd of our soul, Jehovah Rophe is relentless in His pursuit of love for us.

He took captivity captive! He alone has the authority and power to transform our heart, soul, spirit and total being.

And you (who have surrendered your life to Christ, giving Him Lordship over your life) you are in Him, made full, (coming into) fullness of life [in Christ, you too are filled with The Godhead — Father, Son and Holy Spirit — and (you will) reach full spiritual stature]. (Christ) is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power]. (Colossians 2:10 AMPC/ personalized)

“For in Yeshua is the complete fullness of deity living in human form. And our own completeness is now found in him. We are completely filled with God as Christ’s fullness overflows within us. He is the Head of every kingdom and authority in the universe! Through our union with him we have experienced circumcision of heart. All of the guilt and power of sin has been cut away and is now extinct because of what Christ, the Anointed One, has accomplished for us.
For we’ve been buried with him into his death. Our “baptism into death” also means that we were raised with him when we believed in God’s resurrection power, the power that raised him from death’s realm. This “realm of death” describes our former state, for we were held in sin’s grasp. But now, we’ve been resurrected out of that “realm of death” never to return, for we are forever alive and forgiven of all our sins!
He (Christ) canceled out every legal violation we had on our record and the old arrest warrant that stood to indict us. He erased it all—all of our sins, our stained soul—he deleted it all and they cannot be retrieved! Everything we once were in Adam has been placed onto His cross and nailed permanently there as a public display of cancellation.
Then Christ made a public spectacle of all the powers and principalities of darkness, stripping away from them every weapon and all their spiritual authority and power to accuse us. And by the power of the cross, (Christ Jesus, our Yeshua led them around as prisoners in a procession of triumph. He was not their prisoner; they were His!” Colossians 2:9-15 TPT.
