Portals, in the supernatural, are specific spiritual openings at specific times for specific purposes.

There are both Divine Portals and demonic portals.

This Word concerns Divine Portals.

Sorcerers and sorceresses are very particular about and attach great importance to the opening of demonic portals to do evil in the earth.

But the children of God are destructively ignorant and/or careless about Portals He often opens for them to enter and obtain Things He has prepared for them.

As He has said “My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge.” (Hosea 4:6).

Jesus concluded The Parable of the unrighteous steward, saying:

“And The LORD commended the unrighteous steward that he did prudently, because the sons of this age are more prudent than the sons of The Light in respect to their generation.” Luke 16:8 LSV.

The believer must simply hear and obey God. There is blessing in obedience.

If we would believe and obey God, we will always be blessed by God.

When The Holy Spirit says to do something, take a step, go somewhere, pray something, make a declaration, legislate a decree, praise and worship, make intercessions, among other things at a specific time and place, It is a Divine Portal He has opened for you to access.

When God opens a Portal for you, you must of necessity enter It, otherwise that opportunity will be lost to you forever, or for sometime.

More often than not, there are demonic adversaries to contend with and clear out of the way of Divine Portals opened to us.

“For a great and effective Door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.” 1 Corinthians 16:9 NKJV.

Based on 2 Thessalonians 1:7-8; 2:8 and Psalm 21:8-9, by The Powers of The Coming Age, pray relentlessly to destroy and clear the adversaries out of the way:

“In JESUS’ NAME, I pray The LORD Jesus is revealed from Heaven with His mighty angels in Flaming Fire taking vengeance on you the adversaries, that you are made a furnace of fire, devoured by His Great Fire — violently devoured, cleared and removed out of the way.”

( As part of general spiritual warfare, you can also pray this before going to bed, and when starting your day.

The LORD gave me the revelation just days ago.

Oh, the peaceful sleep and rest I have when I pray this! And I sometimes wake up palpably feeling The Glory. Hallelu-YAH! )

In Numbers 13, The LORD commended Moses: “Send men to spy out the land of Canaan, which I AM giving to the children of Israel; from each tribe of their fathers you shall send a man, every one a leader among them.” (Numbers 13:2 NKJV).

“And they returned from spying out the land after forty days. Now they departed and came back to Moses and Aaron and all the congregation of the children of Israel in the Wilderness of Paran, at Kadesh; they brought back word to them and to all the congregation, and showed them the fruit of the land. Then they told him, and said: “We went to the land where you sent us. It truly flows with milk and honey, and this is its fruit.” Numbers 13:25-27 NKJV.

Their report added:

“Nevertheless the people who dwell in the land are strong; the cities are fortified and very large; moreover we saw the descendants of Anak there. The Amalekites dwell in the land of the South; the Hittites, the Jebusites, and the Amorites dwell in the mountains; and the Canaanites dwell by the sea and along the banks of the Jordan.” Numbers 13:28-29 NKJV.

“Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it.” But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we.” And they gave the children of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, “The land through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great stature. There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”” Numbers 13:30-33 NKJV.

And with that evil report borne out of F.E.A.R: False Evidence Appearing Real, the people rebelled against God, complained, whined and wimpered like hungry puppies, and He CLOSED The Portal of Possession to them!

They were so perverse in their utterances that, surely, only demons could have been speaking through them.

After all the MIGHTY Wonders God had done for them in Egypt and in parting the Red Sea for them (but destroyed Pharaoh and his army in same — Psalm 136:15), look what ridiculous, infuriating things they did, said and plotted:

“So all the congregation lifted up their voices and cried, and the people wept that night. And all the children of Israel complained against Moses and Aaron, and the whole congregation said to them, “If only we had died in the land of Egypt! Or if only we had died in this wilderness! Why has The LORD brought us to this land to fall by the sword, that our wives and children should become victims? Would it not be better for us to return to Egypt?” So they said to one another, “Let us select a leader and return to Egypt.‘” Numbers 14:1-4 NKJV.

And The LORD was justifiably very angry with them.

“Then The LORD said to Moses: “How long will these people reject Me? And how long will they not believe Me, with all The Signs which I have performed among them? I will strike them with the pestilence and disinherit them, and I will make of you a nation greater and mightier than they.”” Numbers 14:11-12 NKJV.

Doubting and disbelieving God really makes Him very angry with devastating consequences!

“And The LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, “How long shall I bear with this evil congregation who complain against Me? I have heard the complaints which the children of Israel make against Me. Say to them, ‘As I live,’ says The LORD, ‘just as you have spoken in My Hearing, so I will do to you: The carcasses of you who have complained against Me shall fall in this wilderness, all of you who were numbered, according to your entire number, from twenty years old and above. Except for Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun, you shall by no means enter the land which I swore I would make you dwell in. But your little ones, whom you said would be victims, I will bring in, and they shall know the land which you have despised. But as for you, your carcasses shall fall in this wilderness. And your sons shall be shepherds in the wilderness forty years, and bear the brunt of your infidelity, until your carcasses are consumed in the wilderness. According to the number of the days in which you spied out the land, forty days, for each day you shall bear your guilt one year, namely forty years, and you shall know My Rejection. I The LORD have spoken this. I will surely do so to all this evil congregation who are gathered together against Me. In this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.’ ” Numbers 14:26-35 NKJV.

If one fails to act at The God-appointed Time, no amount of presumption and foolish fervour can reopen His Portal. ( And one may lose It forever — like Esau, like the stiff-necked generation who perished in the wilderness. )

Having feared, disbelieved, and failed to move with God, the children of Israel came back to their senses after The LORD had closed The Portal of Possession He had opened to them.

We only truly succeed where and when God sends us.

“Then Moses told These Words to all the children of Israel, and the people mourned greatly. And they rose early in the morning and went up to the top of the mountain, saying, “Here we are, and we will go up to the place which The LORD has promised, for we have sinned!” And Moses said, “Now why do you transgress The Command of The LORD? For this will not succeed. Do not go up, lest you be defeated by your enemies, for The LORD is not among you. For the Amalekites and the Canaanites are there before you, and you shall fall by the sword; because you have turned away from The LORD, The LORD will not be with you.” But they presumed to go up to the mountaintop. Nevertheless, neither The Ark of The Covenant of The LORD nor Moses departed from the camp. Then the Amalekites and the Canaanites who dwelt in that mountain came down and attacked them, and drove them back as far as Hormah.” ” Numbers 14:39-45 NKJV.

If God says “Go”, just go; WHEN He says to go. Everything will be alright if you follow His Leading — doing only what, where, when and how He says to.

Sometime ago, regarding a VERY important thing I had waited over nine years for, The Holy Spirit said to start the process.

The major things that needed to first be in place had not yet manifested in the natural. I continued to pray for them in expectation.

I therefore sought to be certain that It was The Holy Spirit speaking.

As I mused in my heart assessing to make sure It was The Holy Spirit, He assuringly said: “It’s a Portal I have opened for you…”

He went on and gave me further details, including a historical reference to a similar MIGHTY Testimony He gave me eighteen years previously.

( If The LORD permits, I’ll give the testimony of the various GLORIOUS outcomes some other time. )

In these spiritually heightened and naturally heady days in the earth, we cannot afford to miss God by fearing, doubting, unbelief, negligence, lagging in diligence, rebellion and other disobedience.

We must consider only God and act on His Instructions, and nothing else, no-one else.

In these Times of Restoration and Recompense, The LORD is opening Portals of Possession (and other Portals) to us.

We must be diligent to discern and act with dispatch when He commands us to.

“These things says He Who is holy, He Who is true, “He Who has the key of David, He Who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens” “ Revelation 3:7 NKJV.

 

“The LORD Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.” 2 Timothy 4:22.

NB. Surely, the disciple whom JESUS loves and “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS”, like ALL The Promises of GOD, are available to every believer to obtain, just as John and Paul did.
“And having been perfected, He [JESUS] became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
