God of My Life
A psalm to praise and sing to God aloud.
God of My Life
I praise You
Oh God of my life
I praise You
Oh God of my strength
I praise You, I praise You
For You have formed me
Like a potter has formed a clay pot
Oh God of my salvation, my life belongs to You…
I lift up my thanksgiving and praise to You
I give You my firstfruits of this day
On High above all You are seated
Before You there was no God formed
Nor shall there be after You
Every breath I breathe comes from You
Every dream I have You have placed in me
Every good thing has come from You
Wondrous are Your Works
Gracious are You in every way!
I praise You
Oh God of my life
I praise You
Oh God of my strength
I praise You, I praise You
For You have formed me
Like a potter has formed a clay pot
Oh God of my salvation, my life belongs to You…
You give hope and peace to those seeking You
You watch after them and tend to their needs
Your Goodness is like clear, cool water
Flowing from Your Holy Mountain
To Your people You display Your Tender Mercies
I praise You
Oh God of my life
I praise You
Oh God of my strength
I praise You, I praise You
For You have formed me
Like a potter has formed a clay pot
Oh God of my salvation, my life belongs to You!
I praise You, oh God of my life…..
My mouth shall speak the praise of The LORD,
And all flesh shall bless
His Holy Name
Forever and ever.
I praise You
Oh God of my life
I praise You
Oh God of my strength
I praise You, I praise You
For You have formed me
Like a potter has formed a clay pot
Oh God of my salvation, my life belongs to You!
I praise You, oh God of my life
My mouth shall speak the praise of The LORD,
And all flesh shall bless
His Holy Name
Forever and ever…
“The LORD will command His Lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night His Song shall be with me — a prayer to the God of my life.” Psalm 42:8 NKJV.
“You are My witnesses,” says The LORD, and My servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, nor shall there be after Me.” Isaiah 43:10 NKJV.
“But now, O Lord, You are our Father; we are the clay, and You our potter; and all we are the work of Your hand.” Isaiah 64:8 NKJV/
“The precious sons of Zion, valuable as fine gold, how they are regarded as clay pots, the work of the hands of the potter!” Lamentations 4:2 NKJV.
“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.” Psalm 139:14 NKJV.
“Whoever offers praise glorifies Me; and to him who orders his conduct aright I will show the salvation of God.” Psalm 50:23 NKJV.
“Oh, taste and see that The LORD is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him!” Psalm 34:8 NKJV.
“The LORD is righteous in all His ways, gracious in all His works. The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The LORD preserves all who love Him, but all the wicked He will destroy. My mouth shall speak the praise of The LORD, and all flesh shall bless His holy name forever and ever.” Psalm 145:17-21 NKJV.
“What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? Certainly not! For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.” So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy. For the Scripture says to the Pharaoh, “For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.” Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens. You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?” But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?” Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor? What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?”” Romans 9:14-24 NKJV.

“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.
