I AM Your Oasis of Living Water!
I heard, “I AM your Oasis of Living Waters. I AM the Fountain of Youth and of Life.
My Child, you have let your mind wander far away from the protected Oasis of Peace.
Fear not. Let My Words bring you back to the Shining Waters of Grace.
These Living Waters bring Life. I AM that Living Water.
The enemy would draw you out into the howling desert; into the void where the Streams are not flowing, where evil beasts roam in the parched land of this dark world, where fear will consume your thoughts and where evil reports will steal your Joy.
Living Waters are crucial for your mind and body and emotions. The River of Life flows from the Throne of God your Father, and of the Lamb, Jesus.
Water and Blood flowed from the side of your Savior at the Cross. As Eve was taken from the side of Adam in the natural, so the Bride of Christ was birthed through the side of the Son, who was crucified, died and rose again.
You are born of Water and of the Spirit. And it is the Spirit who testifies to this, because the Spirit is Truth.
The Spirit, the Water, and the Blood–and these three are in agreement.
It is the Holy Life Giving Plasma of Heaven. I gave so that you could live.
I lead you beside Still Waters and restore your soul. Dip your toes into the crystal Clear Blue Waters. Come in deeper and deeper until you are over your head.
Everyone who thirsts, come and drink, without price. Come daily to be washed in Heavenly Shalom Peace.
It is your Oasis of Life. I will sustain you, Dear One. Peace, Love and Joy will flood your soul. Drink from the River of Delights.
Cast your cares into the Wind. Float upon the Peaceful Waters and be refreshed. I AM the Fountain of Life.
My Right Hand will uphold you. I have got you, Beloved.”
WATERS OF THE BODY (Science) : Refers to the body’s total water content, which makes up about 50–75% of an adult’s weight and is crucial for all cellular functions. This water is divided into intracellular (inside cells) and extracellular (outside cells) fluid.
Intracellular fluid: Accounts for about two-thirds of total body water and is found inside the cells. Extracellular fluid: Makes up the remaining one-third, separated into interstitial fluid (surrounding cells) and plasma (the fluid portion of blood).
The body cannot store water, so it needs a DAILY SUPPLY to make up for losses from breathing, sweating, and other functions. It balances electrolytes like sodium and potassium, which are essential for various bodily functions.
Functions of body water:
Carries nutrients and oxygen to cells.
Lubricates joints.
Aids in waste removal.
Dissolves minerals and nutrients, making them accessible to the body.
Regulates body temperature through perspiration.
Serves as the basis for blood, digestive juices, and other bodily fluids.
PLASMA : Plasma is the liquid portion of blood. About 55% of our blood is plasma, and the remaining 45% are red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets that are suspended in the plasma. Plasma is about 92% water.
It carries nutrients, hormones, and enzymes throughout the body. Delivers oxygen and red blood cells to tissues. Maintains blood volume and pressure.
“Then the angel showed me a river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb.” Revelation 22:1.
“This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ – not by water alone, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies to this, because the Spirit is the truth,” 1 John 5:6.
“The Spirit, the water, and the blood–and these three are in agreement,” 1 John 5:8.
“Instead, one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and WATER flowed out. The one who saw it has testified to this, and his testimony is true. He knows that he is telling the truth, so that you also may believe,” John 19:34-35.
“On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” And this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.” John 7:37-39.
““Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; And you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk Without money and without price.” Isaiah 55:1.
“They feast on the abundance of Your house, and You give them drink from Your river of delights. For with You is the Fountain of life; in Your light we see light.” Psalm 36:8-9.
