Declarations & Decrees: I Will Dwell in the Quiet Place of the Lord!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Word of the Lord, for this is what the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim, the Holy One of Israel, says: RETURNING and RESTING is what will SAVE you; calmness and confidence will make you strong!
  Yet many will flee from My Presence; they will find themselves alone, isolated — KNOW THAT THE LORD/ ADONAI IS JUST WAITING TO SHOW YOU FAVOR!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is a God of Justice/ Elohei Mishpat; HAPPY ARE ALL WHO WAIT FOR HIM!
  People of the Lord/ Adonai YOU WILL WEEP NO MORE!
  At the sound of your cry, He will show you HIS GRACE; on hearing it, HE WILL ANSWER YOU! The Lord/ Adonai will LEAD you; you will treat as UNCLEAN the silver and gold covered idols that held you in their grip. YOU ARE FREE!
• I decree and declare the DAY IS COMING when the LIGHT of the moon will be as bright as the LIGHT of the sun; and the LIGHT of the sun will be seven times stronger, like the light of seven days in one, on the day THE LORD/ ADONAI BINDS UP THE WOUNDS OF HIS PEOPLE.
• I declare it is good to REST, SEPARATE MYSELF FROM LIFE’S DEMANDS AND SPEND TIME ALONE WITH THE LORD/ ADONAI.
  Then, I will be refreshed to HEAR HIS VOICE CLEARLY.
  At all times, I WILL BE PREPARED to give an answer for my faith, and HELP THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is with me and has AUTHORITY over all of creation.
  I will not focus on the natural when I need the SUPERNATURAL.
  The WORD, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah, is above all other names.
  All that I declare in FAITH shall be done. (Matthew 21:22)
• I declare YOU ARE the Lord/ Adonai, my ASSIGNED PORTION, my Cup; YOU SAFEGUARD MY SHARE.
  You measured out PLEASANT PLACES for me; I AM CONTENT with my Heritage.
  I bless YOU Lord/ Adonai, my Counselor; at night my inmost being instructs me.
• I declare I ALWAYS SET THE LORD/ ADONAI BEFORE ME; with Him at my right hand, I CAN NEVER BE MOVED; so, MY HEART IS GLAD, my glory rejoices, and my body too RESTS IN SAFETY; for YOU, Lord/ Adonai, will not abandon me to Hades/ Sh’ol, You will not let your faithful one see the Abyss.
• I declare that YOU, Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai, make me KNOW the Path of Life; in YOUR PRESENCE is unbounded JOY, and in Your Right Hand is ETERNAL DELIGHT!
• I decree and declare the VOICE of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah, the Man I love — the Savior of my soul — HERE HE COMES, bounding over the Mountains, SKIPPING OVER THE HILLS!
  He is like a gazelle or young stag.
  He is standing outside our wall, looking through the windows, peering through the lattice.
  He is desiring a CLOSER relationship with me, with all who will ALLOW HIM TO COME NEAR.
• I decree and declare HE IS SAYING: Get up, My Love!
  My Beauty! COME AWAY!
  For you see that winter has passed…the TIME HAS COME for the birds to sing, and the COOING OF DOVES can be heard in the Land.
  The Fig trees are forming their unripe figs, and the Grapevines in bloom give out their PERFUME.
  GET UP, MY LOVE, MY BEAUTY! COME AWAY!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ/ Malakh Yeshua HaMashiach, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God/ Ruach HaKodesh, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty/ Malakh, El Shaddai; their actions will be of no effect to God’s/ Elohim’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“For thus said the Lord Yahweh, the Holy One of Israel, “You will be saved in returning and rest. Your strength will be in quietness and in confidence.” You refused, but you said, “No, for we will flee on horses;” therefore you will flee; and, “We will ride on the swift;” therefore those who pursue you will be swift. One thousand will flee at the threat of one. At the threat of five, you will flee until you are left like a beacon on the top of a mountain, and like a banner on a hill.
Therefore Yahweh will wait, that he may be gracious to you; and therefore he will be exalted, that he may have mercy on you, for Yahweh is a God of justice. Blessed are all those who wait for him. For the people will dwell in Zion at Jerusalem. You will weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the voice of your cry. When he hears you, he will answer you. Though the Lord may give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your teachers won’t be hidden any more, but your eyes will see your teachers; and when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way. Walk in it.”
You shall defile the overlaying of your engraved images of silver, and the plating of your molten images of gold. You shall cast them away as an unclean thing. You shall tell it, “Go away!”
He will give the rain for your seed, with which you will sow the ground; and bread of the increase of the ground will be rich and plentiful. In that day, your livestock will feed in large pastures. The oxen likewise and the young donkeys that till the ground will eat savory feed, which has been winnowed with the shovel and with the fork. There will be brooks and streams of water on every lofty mountain and on every high hill in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall. Moreover the light of the moon will be like the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven days, in the day that Yahweh binds up the fracture of his people, and heals the wound they were struck with.
Behold, Yahweh’s name comes from far away, burning with his anger, and in thick rising smoke. His lips are full of indignation. His tongue is as a devouring fire. His breath is as an overflowing stream that reaches even to the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of destruction. A bridle that leads to ruin will be in the jaws of the peoples. You will have a song, as in the night when a holy feast is kept, and gladness of heart, as when one goes with a flute to come to Yahweh’s mountain, to Israel’s Rock.” Isaiah 30:15-29.

“The apostles gathered themselves together to Jesus, and they told him all things, whatever they had done, and whatever they had taught. He said to them, “You come apart into a deserted place, and rest awhile.” For there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to at. They went away in the boat to a deserted place by themselves. They saw them going, and many recognized him and ran there on foot from all the cities. They arrived before them and came together to him. Jesus came out, saw a great multitude, and he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd, and he began to teach them many things. When it was late in the day, his disciples came to him, and said, “This place is deserted, and it is late in the day. Send them away, that they may go into the surrounding country and villages, and buy themselves bread, for they have nothing to eat.”
But he answered them, “You give them something to eat.”
They asked him, “Shall we go and buy two hundred denarii worth of bread, and give them something to eat?”
He said to them, “How many loaves do you have? Go see.”
When they knew, they said, “Five, and two fish.”
He commanded them that everyone should sit down in groups on the green grass. They sat down in ranks, by hundreds and by fifties. He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, he blessed and broke the loaves, and he gave to his disciples to set before them, and he divided the two fish among them all. They all ate, and were filled. They took up twelve baskets full of broken pieces and also of the fish. Those who ate the loaves were five thousand men.
Immediately he made his disciples get into the boat, and go ahead to the other side, to Bethsaida, while he himself sent the multitude away. After he had taken leave of them, he went up the mountain to pray.
When evening had come, the boat was in the middle of the sea, and he was alone on the land. Seeing them distressed in rowing, for the wind was contrary to them, about the fourth watch of the night he came to them, walking on the sea, (See Job 9:8) and he would have passed by them, but they, when they saw him walking on the sea, supposed that it was a ghost, and cried out; for they all saw him, and were troubled. But he immediately spoke with them, and said to them, “Cheer up! It is I! Don’t be afraid.”
He got into the boat with them; and the wind ceased, and they were very amazed among themselves, and marveled; for they hadn’t understood about the loaves, but their hearts were hardened.” Mark 6:30-52.

“Yahweh assigned my portion and my cup. You made my lot secure. The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places. Yes, I have a good inheritance. I will bless Yahweh, who has given me counsel. Yes, my heart instructs me in the night seasons.
I have set Yahweh always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
Therefore my heart is glad, and my tongue rejoices. My body shall also dwell in safety.
For you will not leave my soul in Sheol, neither will you allow your holy one to see corruption.
You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forever more.” Psalm 16:5-11.

“The voice of my beloved! Behold, he comes, leaping on the mountains, skipping on the hills.
My beloved is like a roe or a young deer. Behold, he stands behind our wall! He looks in at the windows. He glances through the lattice.
My beloved spoke, and said to me, “Rise up, my love, my beautiful one, and come away. For behold, the winter is past. The rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth. The time of the singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.
The fig tree ripens her green figs. The vines are in blossom. They give out their fragrance. Arise, my love, my beautiful one, and come away.” Song of Solomon 2:8-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
