A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
I Will Run Toward You!
Where can I go from Your SPIRIT?
Where can I flee from Your Presence?
If I go up to the heavens, You are there;
If I make my bed in the depths, You are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
If I settle on the far side of the sea,
Even there Your Hand will guide me,
Your Right Hand will hold me fast.
So I will run toward You
I will run into Your Arms
No more running away
Now and forever I will rest in Your Presence
And let Your Love and Peace overtake me
I am Your Handiwork planned long ago
There is not one thing You don’t know about me
When I feel like nothing’s changing
When I take three steps forward and two steps back
When darkness seems to be winning
When doubt tries to creep in
Even then Your Voice will remind me
Your Words will strengthen me
So I will run toward You
I will run into Your Arms
No more running away
Now and forever I will rest in Your Presence
And let Your Love and Peace overtake me
Oh some days it feels like I’m not very strong
Oh some days it feels like I can’t go on
Like I’m not good enough —
That I’m not doing enough
But then I remember Your Words:
I can do all things through Christ
Who strengthens me.
So I will run toward You
I will run into Your Arms
No more running away
Now and forever I will rest in Your Presence
And let Your Love and Peace overtake me

Dear Sandi, I am so happy that this blessed you! I absolutely love how, when we become still with Him, His Love and Peace overtake us and we are reminded that the things in this life are just that, things. He reminds us what is important: His Love for us. Love and blessings to you! ❤️

Yes, the enemy is always up to no good for sure. And that is why every day we must renew our mind in the Word. Some days it is hard because of the busyness of our lives but God! He reminds us every day He is here for us and our rest belongs in Him. Hugs to you dear sister! ❤️
