There comes a time when we have to recognize when the Season has ended and the assignment completed in the lives of those you’ve been pouring into and its time for change, especially for prophetic voices who are called to build altars, not entertain crowds.

Sometimes what you’re feeling is not necessarily “burn out” but Spiritual Misalignment!

…. and God may be revealing it is time to SHIFT!

Discern those among you is Spectator Culture vs. Spiritual Hunger.

Let us be cognizant of the fact that there are those who enjoy The Sound of Revelation — but not the weight or responsibility that comes with it!

They want prophetic entertainment, not a Prophetic Encounter!

This is exactly what Jesus encountered; “You seek Me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled.” (John 6:26).

They liked the fruit of His Presence, not His person…..!

You could be casting “pearls before swines” (Matthew 7:6). This is not criticism nor derogatory speaking, but rather spiritual discernment.

It simply means their posture is not prepared to receive the weight of what you carry. Swine [hogs] have no value for pearls — no matter how beautiful.

“And He did not do many miracles there because of their unbelief.” Matthew 13:58.

If they only value personal prophecy and not the weight of Intercession, they are not aligned with your deeper prophetic call especially if your scrolls include repentance, warning, and identity restoration.

Familiarity is one of the most dangerous enemies of honor!

You’ve heard it said, people can miss the move of God simply because they’ve grown too comfortable with the vessel He’s using.

“Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary…? And they took offense at Him. Jesus said to them, ‘A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and among his relatives and in his own household.’”” Mark 6:3-4.

And what happened next?

“He could not do any mighty work there…” Mark 6:5.

Familiarity shut down the flow of power. They saw Jesus as common, not as the Christ — and because they treated Him casually, they forfeited the miraculous.

You can be in the Presence of Oil and stay dry,

“They grew fat and kicked… they forgot the God who gave them birth.” Deuteronomy 32:15.

This happens in churches, families, and yes groups. People begin to:

• Treat the anointed as common.
• Expect access without honor.
• Demand prophetic downloads with no spiritual deposit.

When this happens, they become spiritually numb, and the anointing begins to withdraw from them.

Not because you stopped pouring but because they stopped posturing.

The Truth is: You Cannot Deliver to Those Who No Longer Receive.

This isn’t always demonic resistance, it’s sometimes the result of overexposure to unreceptive people.

Jesus knew when to walk away. He left Nazareth and moved toward people who honored His voice.

“He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward…” Matthew 10:41.

Where there is honor, there is inheritance.

Where there is familiarity, there is frustration.

This is why many prophets are called to move from crowd to REMNANT — because crowds consume, but remnants consecrate!

Do not force what God did not ordain to continue, there are others who are crying for what they are despising.

It’s Time to Shift!
