“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness,” Isaiah 43:19, KJV.
The Holy Spirit has BURNED this word into my spirit in this season for the body of Christ. We are in a time of great shifting and transitioning. The Lord is bringing many of His people into a new season. Where this past season for many has been very difficult, and also very painful for many, this new season will be marked by a fresh touch of God’s Spirit and anointing. Times of REFRESHING in the PRESENCE of GOD are coming! Divine shifts are happening! New levels and greater depths in God! Praise the Lord!
But when the Spirit of the Lord begins to move and shift us, it is imperative that we shift and align ourselves with what God desires to do in this very hour. It may very well be that in this season God is asking some of you to do what is seemingly impossible. Some of you are SHIFTING in your place of employment. The Lord is calling some in this season into full time ministry. God is asking His children in this hour to see past the problems and the obstacles and to His PROMISE to PROVIDE and PROTECT. Some of you are being asked by the Lord to let go of relationships that will not be beneficial in the seasons ahead. Others have things in their lives the Lord just wants you to plainly let go of.
In order to move into the NEW we must let go of the OLD. God is shifting some things out of our lives and also shifting and positioning us to receive more from the Lord. God is desiring to remove old ways of thinking in order to give us His thoughts in accordance with His Word. Aren’t we so glad that the God we serve is the One who sits upon throne declaring, “Behold, I make all things new,” Revelation 21:5b.
Take heart my beloved brothers and sisters in this season of divine shifting. It can be uncomfortable, stretching, challenging, and painful yet God is bringing His people out into a wealthy place of rich fulfillment in Him. The Lord wants to remind each of you that in the shifting He is with you even when it seems the Lord is distant or you cannot necessary sense His presence the way you would like to. This is all a part of the shifting your experiencing and is preparing the way for you to enter into your new season in the Lord. Even in my own personal life, my family and I are in a season of divine shifting. This word was birthed by the Spirit of the Lord from the very season we are in ourselves. God is looking for obedience in this hour and desiring to do so much more in us than we even realize.
God does not want us to settle for the older, lower places any longer. He is calling us into a NEW season. The Spirit of the Lord is saying to the people of God in this hour, “Come up higher!” As God moves we must move. When God changes the course of direction we must adjust to where He is going and moving.
