Jesus is Righteous — 3 Comments

  1. That is true, but don’t forget all the benefits of the Lord.
Acts 3:26 “For you first, GOD raised up His Servant and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways.”
That’s right, GOD breaks sin off of the believer. No believer must keep practicing sin, unless..he loves his sin more than Christ. Choose who you serve: sin or GOD.  The Scripture plainly says we are not to sin and be slaves of unrighteousnes (all of Romans chapter 6).  Romans 6:18 amd having been freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.
Jesus said in John 8:34 “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin.”

This is the best news, no one must keep on sinning.  No one!  Even Paul said to stop sinning in 1 Corinthians 15:34.

    Romans 11:27
“This is My Covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”

Boast in the Lord, for He has done it, made a sinful people holy!

    1 Corinthians 1:30,31
But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and RIGHTEOUSNESS and SANCTIFICATION and REDEMPTION, so that, just as it is written, “LET HIM WHO BOASTS, BOAST IN THE LORD.”
