“My Life is in You!” says The LORD!
“My Light is in you. My Life is in you,” says The LORD.
“I have given you everything that you need, and there is nothing missing. Let the light that is in you direct you in every step that you take, every decision that you make, and let My light fill your environs, so that you will become as a city that is set on a hill, that cannot be hid!
“For I AM Light, and I AM with you, and your life is in Me,” says The LORD.
“My Word is light and life,” says The LORD.
“Don’t let the darkness that is around you distract and disturb you, when it is not your portion. As darkness plagued the oppressors of My people, it could be felt.
“I made a distinction between My Chosen and those who refused to release them from bondage so they could serve Me.
“I have also clearly separated you from the world that is full of darkness, and placed you in the light of My kingdom and glory, and you are become a beacon of light wherever you are, wherever I send you, and your life will make a difference as I use you for My glory,” says The LORD.
“Don’t quench My Spirit that is in you,” says The LORD.
“Let My Spirit move upon you, in you, and come forth out of you like a River of Glory. I do not want My Spirit in you to be held in captivity, to be obscure, restrained, ignored or unproductive as it is held down and held back.
“I have given you My Spirit so that you will be empowered. I have given you My power so that you can not only overcome the enemy, but to enforce My Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven,” says The LORD.

You are very welcome Jennifer. So, 1) I had started to take the elevator as opposed to stairs which I normally do daily. 2) someone said to elevate the leg – ha that was more pain. 3) A cousin who is a Physical Therapist suggested an ointment which I received yesterday evening.
But by the afternoon after listening to Dr. Reneike’s testimony, I challenged that discomfort and started taking the stairs again – so far no pain, and I will continue to go against the grain with Faith and Action. This is surely an eye opener.
