Another Event of These Last Days
Preface
In certain Catholic prophetic circles, there is a concept known as the three days of darkness, according to which a judgment will come upon the earth, and the earth will be preternaturally shrouded in darkness.
One of the most famous quotations about this event is attributed to the Italian mystic Bl. Anna Maria Taigi (1768-1837).
She stated this below:
“There shall come over the whole earth an intense darkness lasting three days and three nights. Nothing can be seen, and the air will be laden with pestilence which will claim mainly, but not only, the enemies of religion. It will be impossible to use any man-made lighting during this darkness, except blessed candles. He, who out of curiosity, opens his window to look out, or leaves his home, will fall dead on the spot. During these three days, people should remain in their homes, pray the rosary, and beg God for mercy. All the enemies of the Church, whether known or unknown, will perish over the whole earth during that universal darkness, with the exception of a few whom God will soon convert. The air shall be infected by demons who will appear under all sorts of hideous forms. “
Another mystic — Marie-Julie Jahenny (1850-1941) — is said to have claimed that only 100-percent wax candles will work. This has led to people selling pure beeswax candles to Catholic households for use during the event.
Most consider Exodus 10 to provide some relevance to the term, “Three Days of Darkness,” but the consideration is about Pharoah’s unwillingness to adhere to what Moses had asked of him.
“So Moses stretched out his hand toward heaven, and there was pitch darkness in all the land of Egypt three days. “ Exodus 10:22
There is no doubt that the event of April 8, 2024 will be a dramatic event, given that it is a solar eclipse.
Below are two other portions of scripture that gives reference to this event.
I am not saying that the event of April 8 won’t be a Sign, as it most certainly will be. I am simply saying that many jump on the band wagon and declare that this event is when “the rapture of The Church” will occur.
And for that reason, mainly, is why I don’t follow after the flood of stories and sensational videos, orchestrating this event.

“But he answered and said unto them, “An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas.”” Matthew 12:39.
“These signs that you will be seeing in the heavens above are just that; they are signs.
This does not mean that those who believe in Me are being raptured, or taken out of this earth.
Jews seek for a sign, and Greeks seek wisdom, but the only sign that will be given to you is the sign of Jonah.
For truly, you are living in perilous times; truly you are living in dangerous times.
But don’t seek the signs, seek Me,” says The LORD.
“Why must you seek out the sensational and the miraculous when it should be obvious to you when indeed, these are the last of days?
Rather, live as wise men making the most of your time, because you don’t know when that day would be your last.”
Postscript
”I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of The LORD,” Joel 2:30-31.
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken,” Matthew: 24-29.
In conclusion, my main and overall reason for writing about this event, is to provide some history behind the phrase, “Three Days of Darkness.“

Honestly if the world expects Israel to ceasefire before the surrender of Hamas. It’s saying that it’s totally acceptable to rape murder, mutilated and kidnap civilians. One news outlet reported 71% of Palestinians support the notion that Oct 7 was the right thing to do! The world should be rallying behind Israel and saying no it’s not right. Russia is totally hypocritical on this and lacks any moral authority, the United States is about to be judged by God for its treachery. Do they really think the God of Israel is going to be silent? Do they believe he’s sleeping and isan’t watching judgment is coming to the nations… unless there is some serious repentance. Why does it have to take Gods judgment to get men to actual pay attention to him and take him seriously. The people of Ninevah will rise up in judgement of this generation if it doesn’t repent. The Bible says the sign of the son of man will appear in the heavens. The alpha and omega. The first letters of the Hebrew alphabet have been drawn by the path of the recent and upcoming eclipse. Jesus warned us about the sign of the son of man in the heavens. Matthew 24:30
