Now is Not the Time to Relax!
A Call to Prayer
It’s always tempting to hear good news and relax without finishing the job.
Christian media is excited at the moment by a couple of reports about the ‘sudden’ increase in Church attendance by the 18-30 age group, especially the young men.
Whilst this is certainly encouraging and exciting news, it’s not a signal for anyone to rest on their laurels.
The job isn’t done — it’s only just started!
We’ve just won the first battle, but the war continues. One relatively small victory. The counter offensive is just gathering momentum.
The enemy is mad and he wants revenge. Now isn’t the time to relax — it would be disastrous to do so.
The LORD continues to change things in all our lives in order to better equip us to fight the coming battles.
Spiritual warfare has never been more important than it is today. Along with the news of rising Church attendance, we have the more serious news, (for political reasons), that Klaus Schwab has stepped down as WEF leader following the announcement of the passing of Pope Francis — two huge events politically.
Also in the news is the hue and cry by the political warmongers for changes to the American administration, which is fighting to keep WWIII at bay.
We need prayer as never before:
- for the increasing church attendance to continue
- for God’s choice of Pope to succeed Francis
- for the WEF to continue to lose power and influence, again with a more godly leader
- for Donald Trumps government to not be hampered by lawfare from corrupt judges and
- for the warmongers to fail in their attempts to bring about WWIII
No saints, now is not the time to relax. In fact between Passover and Shavuot, from now until Pentecost, may well be the most important 6-7 weeks in history — it really is that important.
Encourage every prayer warrior or intercessor you know, individuals, groups, or teams, to press in as never before.
Remember and keep in front of you the words of 2 Chronicles 7:12-15
“Then The LORD appeared to Solomon by night, and said to him: “I have heard your prayer, and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice.
When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people,
if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place.” 2 Chronicles 7:12-15.
Let’s turn our houses, our Churches, our home groups into houses of prayer.
Repentance is STILL key!
God bless you all as you join me/us in prayer, especially at this time.

I am in agreement with you my brother! Saring. God bless you
I think we’re singing off the same hymn sheet LOL
The tune is maybe love our brother as ourselves and love God with everything in us? Not a popular tune to the worlds song, huh?
Nope
Amen
