Sharing life’s stories helps us realize that God delights in turning pain into power.

Adversity shapes who we become, and we can draw hope and strength from learning from one another.

We are created to inspire and encourage others to overcome difficult circumstances and to search for the answers that lead us into resilience.

I share my journey in hopes that it connects with the hearts of my readers. Perhaps you, too, will learn important truths that set you on a path for inner healing and greater levels of freedom.

My childhood and much of my adult life was dysfunctional, emotionally unstable and felt like unseen forces were always working against me.

Negative cycles of abuse and brokenness left me feeling hopeless, defeated, and covered with so much shame I did not know how to heal.

My life was marked by addictions and repeated overdoses, suicidal tendencies, repeated loss of employment, and many forms of abuse.

I was severely broken, buried under layer after layer of rejection and shame. I was stuck — physically, spiritually and relationally — and desperately needed healing.

Who can a person turn to when they have lost the ability to trust others?

I discovered the God that loved me back to wholeness and freed me from demonic oppression. I would not be where I am today without a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Resilience comes from the realization that we are not the sum of the failures and mistakes we’ve made, or the things that others have done to us.

We are also not what others have said about us, or the lies our own inner critic has whispered in our ear.

Our experiences make us an expert in our own lives. Sharing our testimonies and what we learn from them can help benefit others so that they learn to rise up, heal, and change the course of their life.

God uses my experience and gifting to write Holy Spirit breathed prayers and to minister life through teaching and equipping the body of Christ in healing and deliverance ministry.

I love to encourage others in a greater expectancy in their Faith.
